"Erik from security helped us retrieve medication left in the room at checkout and we didn't realize we had left it until we got to the cruise terminal! We would've never been able to get this accomplished without him and if we were not staying at 4 seasons, i highly doubt this would've been able to get accomplished! Can't say enough!"
