The room was very clean. The bed was comfortable, and the staff was very friendly. I would recommend this hotel to anybody who wants a good Cannery Row in Monterey experience.

I booked a room with an Ocean View, and got one with a view of the street. When I called to let them know, they said they had one left, but it would be an additional $150. I was not happy about that, so I stayed stuck! 😡

We love coming to the Spindrift Inn. There were some issues with our room. The clock was only on 4:57 and couldn’t be fixed, the toilet would start running once in a while due to the seal not holding. The windows were very dirty and difficult to see out of them. We were also next to a room that decided to party loudly until 4 AM as we were trying to sleep. We wish you still had feather beds as the bed was uncomfortable for us. We are not used to such a firm mattress. We do still love the Inn and look forwards to coming back.
