This house sits on a beautiful pond that is a cozy neighborhood. This house offers a first floor with a master bedroom with private bathroom. It also has two more bedrooms with one other bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has its own master suite with private bathroom. This house is perfect for multiple guest who could use separate spaces while enjoying Myrtle Beach! 7 mins to the actual beach (right down the 501!) 2 mins away from Tanger Outlet shopping! 10 mins away from Airport!

Offering for the rooms:
Living Room - comfortable love seat, Sofa, chair, 55inch TV.

Dinning Room- 4/5 chair dining table with 2 bar stools to the kitchen.

Kitchen - fridge, dishwasher, electric stove and microwave. Dishware is there for use. We try to keep enough for 8 settings. Pantry available.

1st Floor, Master Bedroom - queen size bed, chair and large closet! Master bathroom attached.

1st Floor, 2nd bedroom - full size bed & Twin size bed. Large closet

1st Floor, 3rd bedroom - day bed (twin size) with large closet!

*Washer and dryer on 1st floor and can be used by guest! You will want to pack some laundry detergent or just pick it up at Walgreens on your way in to the sublet!

2nd floor Master Bedroom. Queen size bed with full dresser and TV. Bathroom attached with separate bath and shower.

Queen size Air Mattress available at this house. We suggest putting it upstairs in the bigger bedroom!

We had a wonderful stay! The house was very clean and had everything we needed to make our stay feel like home. The instruction packet was very helpful, and the host was responsive. The location was also perfect for visiting CCU and the areas attractions. We would stay here again!

Perfect Spot for a Relaxing and Fun Getaway!

We made last-minute plans to head to the beach to celebrate my son’s 29th birthday with some Top Golf, good food, and family time.Shaun’s place was just as described — clean, comfortable, and in the perfect location. It gave us the feeling of being away from the busy beach scene when we wanted to relax, but we were still close enough to easily jump back into the action when we were ready.We also enjoyed the company of ducks, geese, and a few friendly cats around the property! The ducks and geese are clearly used to being fed but were never aggressive if you chose not to engage.Highly recommend staying here if available — you won’t be disappointed!

My son and his girlfriend are juniors at Coastal Carolina University. We are from Williamsport, PA. My husband and I try to visit once each semester
. Usually over Easter but my husband couldn’t make the trip this year SO my cousin and I decided to make it girls trip.We loved the house, we ate, shopped, played games and cooked some homemade meals for the kids.The location is perfect for us. Thank you so much for sharing your beautiful house with us. We enjoyed sitting out back and being visited by ducks, turtles and a couple geese.

Great Location and Value

The house was a great location and a great value. There was plenty of room in the house with the 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. We were there to watch Coastal Carolina baseball, so being only 10 minutes from the school was perfect. With the new roads that are completed, you can get to the school without going on the 501.

This is a great looking home. The pictures on the website are true to form. The neighborhood seems to be a little run down. Doublewide trailer, stick homes and cars everywhere. But our main issue was the bugs. Upon our arrival we notice roach traps in the kitchen that were placed the day before our arrival. But it was to late. Invest in an exterminator and this will be a great home away from home for someone.

Family getaway

Overall our stay here from July 12-14, 2024 was nice. The downfall was the bugs (roaches) we noticed the next morning after our arrival. There are quite a few cats in the neighborhood. We are dog lovers. The location was great alot of activities to partake in over the weekend. Beach wasnt to far away. The house was surprisingly spacious. I wouldn’t have a problem returning only if the house is fogg and bomb.

The house was decorated in a nice beach theme house was clean adequate dishes pots pans for cooking grills available although I didnt use them.lake behind the house with ducks very nuce view my host even notified me that my daughter left her bank card great host Im impressed parking adequate. Perfect home away from home

We enjoyed our stay. The homeowners are great with communication. It was a short drive to all the attractions and the beach. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly book the house again on our next vacation to Myrtle beach. There was plenty room for all the adults and kids to have their own space and for us all to be together. We even had a couple visits from the ducks and geese while there. The kids really enjoyed seeing them up close and personal. It was a short drive to all the attractions and restaurants and beach’s in and around the Myrtle beach area.
