There is no smoking or pets allowed in this unit. We love our pets but the building does not allow them : )

This is a direct oceanfront 1800 sq ft 4 bedroom/3 bathroom, 9th floor condo located in the most desirable and central location of Myrtle Beach with a large balcony. This condo offers a custom decorated Tommy Bahama decor, a full kitchen, washer and dryer in the unit, free wireless internet, a flat screen TV in every room and an incredible view of the Atlantic Ocean. Linens & towel are provided with this rental. The master bedroom has a king size bed along with an in suite private bathroom. The second and third bedrooms have two full sized beds each. The lockout unit (bedroom 4) is furnished with 2 queen beds and a small refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, TV and DVD/VHS player. In addition, the living room has a queen pullout couch. The unit features a large private oceanfront balcony with unobstructed views of the ocean. Enjoy the extensive amenities, which include a full gym, game room, and 5 pools including indoor and outdoor heated pools, hot tub, indoor and outdoor kiddies' pools with a mushroom waterfall and bubbles, and a fun 170 ft lazy river. All pools offer gorgeous views of the beach and the ocean! Parking is located in the same building as the unit and provides the guest with 3 spots.

About the area:

You may never tire of the beautiful beach and pools just steps away from your condo, but numerous activities and attractions await you in the Myrtle Beach area. The Grand Strand boasts over 120 golf courses, many designed by such famous names as Arnold Palmer, Jack Nicklaus, Tom Jackson, Pete Dye, Greg Norman, Tom Fazio and Davis Love, III. Myrtle Beach has been dubbed the 'Golf Capital of the World' by many. In addition, nearby shopping is available at the Coastal Grand Mall, Tanger Outlets, Barefoot Landing and Broadway at the Beach. Attractions such as Alligator Adventure, Dixie Stampede, the Carolina Opry, The Palace, Hard Rock Cafe, House of Blues, Alabama Theater, Ripley's Aquarium, Nascar Speed Park, Brookgreen Gardens, Bass Pro Shop, miniature golf, water parks, deep sea fishing, and river cruises are all just minutes away. Tennis and basketball courts are also available at a public park within walking distance of the Grand Atlantic.

Loved the location and the property itself. Hated that the access to the property was offsite and in a sketchy neighborhood. Mapquest took me to the ghetto and the host was a bit snippy when I reached out frustrated. The cleanliness of the condo was ok but keep your socks on.

Overall very nice. Switches overall weren’t turning on. Hard to know which switches worked. Plugs kept falling out. Felt uncomfortable using them. Floor left our feet black. Needs a deep cleaning. Need new bath towels and bath mats, very worn. Not enough silverware for the number of people to accommodate. Not enough cooking utensils. We bought a wooden spoon and left it there. There should be more paper towel and toilet paper provided given number of people staying. Had to buy garbage bags for the tall kitchen garbage. Loved the view. Pools and beach access was great. Parking was easy. Owner very responsive.

We had a wonderful time. Wish the weather was a bit warmer to stay at the beach but we enjoyed our time at the pool. There was a vacuum, coffee pot, washer/dryer, utensils, pots and pans that all got use. Only issue we had was, finding white powder coming from the ceiling, from what we think were insects making holes in the drywall. Which we notified the host. Other than that I would come back/ recommend.

The host was great and responded quickly. Love the location and space. Only thing I would change is the size of the televisions and probably add a Keurig. This is the 2nd time I've stayed in this exact condo and I do plan again for next year.
