Great location, clean, nice for families

House was very clean, well stocked in the kitchen, had tp, clean towels for every guest, beds were made
just come and enjoy your vacation without worrying. Pool was not the best, but location was right across the street from beach access. Loved our stay.

Had a wonderful stay here with our family of 7, definitely one of the cleanest properties I've stayed at in the Surfside area. The property is in a great location and has ample parking. The condo itself was well stocked in all regards, which we greatly appreciated. The pool was a nice getaway after a hot day on the beach. My only suggestion would be to add a propane grill, or at least a new charcoal grill as the one on site was definitely near the end of its life.

Fun family getaway

This is the prefect location across from the beach with everything you need to have a comfortable stay! We all loved getting to stay out on the beach then come back in to make dinner instead of having to go out beside the very short tips to Dairy Queen for some blizzards lol. The balcony is very nice to have morning coffee and relaxing downtime at night.

Awesome location, spacious rental!

My family and I loved this property! It was a perfect location and the rental was bigger than the pictures looked!! It’s halfway to surfside and garden city. You walk right across the street and there is beach access so it’s SUPER close. The 4 bedrooms were perfect for our family and it had everything we needed. The pool that’s shared was awesome to be able to use as well.

Perfect for a long weekend

Our family of 5 (3 teenage daughters, my husband, and myself) really enjoyed our stay here. We were visiting my daughter who is a freshman at Coastal Carolina University. The location is perfect and everyone loved the proximity to the beach - right across the street. The Surfside Pier is approximately a 15 minute walk. Murrell's Inlet was about 10 minute drive. The condo/house was well appointed, and it had everything we needed for our stay.

Loved Unit, Would Rent Again

This was a great place in a great location. Layout was perfect with nice spacious bedrooms & bathrooms. Only thing we didn’t care for was the shower in the master bathroom, it was a small standalone shower but besides that everything else was great! The host had GREAT communication!!

Surfeside 2024

Loves this beach. Big wide beach. Loved this property. Newly updated. Has a lot of dishes glasses and cookware. Made cooking easier. Plenty of seating. Provided linens. Provided some soaps hand soaps and soap for laundry and dishes. Some toilet paper. Garbage bags and paper towels. The vacuum sounds like it’s a rocket ship going to take off. But we used the broom and dust pan to sweep up the floor. Quiet despite being next to four other condos. Kids loved the pool. Easy short beach access. Literally across the street. 30 second walk. 0.7 miles to surfeside pier which is brand new. Has an ice cream shop plus 5 other resturaunts all within walking distance. Garden city pier is a bit farther at 1.5 miles. Has some small places to eat and one surf shop. We were 0.5 miles from shoreline water sports. We did parasailing out of there. So much fun. Uber was about a $25 ride to Myrtle beach. We went to Myrtle and barefoot landing several times. Lots of stuff to do there. Speed boat ride, top golf, escape rooms and tons of shopping. WiFi was out when we arrived Saturday. Had to wait til Monday to have it fixed by spectrum. But trace the owner was quick to respond with issues. Also second floor toilet needed fixed. Which was taken care of Monday. Freezer isn’t real cold. All in all I loved this place. Had a great time and would highly recommend.

Very nice area . The townhouse could use some updating . The property manager really needs to find a new cleaning company ! Wasnt very clean! Overall it was not a bad place we had a good time and the location was very good !
