New Orleans owe me nothing! Hotel staff was great and friendly. Hotel room was on the smaller side but clean and had all the amenities. This hotel is the perfect location for all your New Orleans tourist attractions needs, walking distance to Bourbon Street, Canal Street and streetcars to the French market.

This property is horrible!! I urge anyone looking into this property go elsewhere. Everything about this property looks fine until you check out. The staff intentionally destroyed my room and tried to blame it on me and charge me extra fees saying that I did it. When I asked for footage of the people who went in the room after I checked out no one responded back to me and they stopped answering my calls. WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE I EVER HAD. I’d rather spend my money on a cheap ass motel

Our shower would not get hot. It would get warm for about 10 seconds, then be cold again for the next 50 seconds. Not ideal. Everything else was great, except when my we went to check in, the young man at the front desk looked at us with a straight face and told us our deposit would be $5000, and $2500 would be refunded to us at the end of our stay. We were shocked and tried to make sense of it for about 5 minutes before he finally gave in and told us he was joking. We don’t mind harmless jokes, but the fact that he kept it going for as long as he did rubbed us the wrong way. We had a long day and just wanted to sleep, but we weren’t willing to spend $5000 for it. We almost walked out then and there.
