The staff were very polite and professional. Check in was delayed by about 10 or so minutes because the housekeepers were running a little behind, but there was seating in the lobby and tv so it was fine. The rooms were very impressive for the price, however the room smelled stale. Not dirty, not stinky, just kind of stale. The bed was comfortable and had plenty of pillows. NO SIGNS OF BED BUGS! So that’s a plus

Disappointing Stay at [Hotel Name] Our recent stay at [Hotel Name] was unfortunately very disappointing. The hotel seemed to be in a serious state of disrepair. The entire property felt old and neglected, and the lack of cleanliness was a major issue. Our room was visibly dirty, and there was a persistent, terrible odor throughout the hotel. To make matters worse, we felt unsafe due to the presence of what appeared to be suspicious individuals loitering around the property. This made us very uncomfortable and concerned for our safety during our stay. Overall, we cannot recommend this hotel. The combination of its poor condition, lack of cleanliness, and safety concerns made for a very unpleasant experience. We hope the management addresses these serious issues promptly.
