We stayed 2 nights only in town to see Harry Potter. Locatin was great only a few minute walk to most major sites. Heat in room did not work. Staying in mid november made it a very cold night. Maintenance manager got us a space heater for second night. We did notice upon leaving that the window had little drops from the rain.

There was no running water in the apartment on night one of my stay. My children could not shower and we had to go out to get water bottles so we could brush our teeth. On the second day, there was no hot water. The host did not respond to my requests and inquiries and to date has still not issued a response or apology. VRBO was also entirely unhelpful, simply telling me they were sorry for the inconvenience. Would not recommend this rental or VRBO.

Die Lage ist großartig, mitten in Midtown Manhattan. Viele Ziele zu Fuß erreichbar, Metro und Busse um die Ecke. Das Appartement ist in der 12. Etage eines Altbaus. Funktional, sauber, zwei solide AufzĂŒge. Betten gut, Bad okay. Gastgeber freundlich.Zwei GrĂŒnde, warum es nicht 5 Sterne wurden: Die KĂŒche besteht allein aus KĂŒhlschrank, Kaffeemaschine, Mikrowelle - kein Geschirr, kein Besteck, nur 5 Pappbecher. Und eins der beiden Doppelbetten ist nur 180 cm lang - nicht schlimm, sollte man als großer Mensch aber wissen.

Conmplete scam. Bait and switch property. Sketchy place and management. I thought I was communicating with actual owner and it was the front desh person. Sheets were stained and full of hair. Couch was broken. Only bathroom in the room needs to be accessed by walking through the bedroom. Old and dreary and dirty and is actually some type of student housing. Read reviews on other sites because VRBO reviews are not accurate. How on earth this place is 9/10 stars is beyond me. Do yourself a favor. Stay somewhere else.

Nice place! The front door code wouldn't work but we were helped my the front desk staff and were given a new code. Check in was fast and easy. Place is antiquated but very charming. Glad one couldnt make it... Definitely not room enough for 5. But overall and very good place in a very good spot.

Nice Midtown Apartment!

Spacious (for Midtown NYC) two bedroom unit on the top floor of a historic building. Easy check-in using a digital key pads both for the building and apartment. Great location near Times Square. Two nice sized TVs in each room. Beds were not the most comfortable, but were fine for a quick stay. The bathroom door does not lock or fully close, so no ideal for privacy. Lastly, only three people are allowed in the elevator at a time, so not ideal since this unit is on the top floor (12th) and only one elevator was working during our stay. We didn't have any problems with the elevator, but I did not always feel very safe based on the sounds it made. Overall great stay and I would definitely come back again!

Location is AMAZING! So easily walkable to Times Square, Rockafeller, all major subway lines, etc. The apartment is exactly as pictured, and very clean. Access was easy and we felt veru safe coming and going anytime. We will absolutely look here to book again for our next trip.
