Great hotel, value and location. This is a NYC hotel, so rooms are small, the building is old, but the room was clean, comfortable, and well renovated. I do have one negative thing to say. The front desk staff were great, but I checked my luggage, and it seems normal that it takes 10-15 minutes from when they call the bellboy to when the luggage is retrieved. I understand the luggage is stored somewhere other then the front desk, but it was annoying to wait 10 minutes when I was trying to catch a train.

Room smelt moldy, there weren’t any toiletries or slippers. It was loud, I could hear guests closing doors and using the stairs in the hallway. There should be a bathroom fan installed in each room.

The room and bathroom were worn but clean. The room had a refrigerator. The air conditioning functioned properly, The hotel provided coffee in the lobby seemingly 24/7. The front desk personnel were friendly and helpful. Only one of the two elevators seemed to function reliably for the three days I stayed.
