Rooms were clean and comfortable. A perfect location to get to the subway and shows on Broadway. We would stay here again. When the hotel is busy, getting an elevator can be a challenge. Do not leave it to the last minute.

Loved our stay, the closeness to time square; having the hotel help us celebrate our son’s birthday by having balloons in our hotel room. Only downfall to our stay was being woken up at 6:20 to the fire alarm blaring and 4 times after that; not having to evacuate tho was a plus!

Excellent quality throughout. They were so busy we had to walk down 18 flights of stairs each morning for breakfast because they elevators were so full, by the time they came to our floor, it didn’t even stop. We didnt mind, for us... down 18 floors was easy. We had no issues going up in the elevator. The staff here are exceptional and will definitely stay again.

Every single member of the staff (including the front desk, managers, and even the security guard) were so accommodating and just overall so nice to us during our stay at the Hampton Inn. The hospitality was beyond warm and I will definitely be staying here again when I'm back in New York. Located right next to Times Square too, it's an incredibly convenient place to stay.

Excellent stay for our family in every regard. Staff were very pleasant and helpful without exception, rooms and public areas spotless and very comfortable and breakfasts were good, except that the breakfast area is somewhat small for the size of the hotel which reduced seating g sea and resulted in longer waits / some items running out at times. However this was no reflection on dining room staff who were all working very hard and were lovely.

Our stay at the Hampton Inn Times Square was absolutely wonderful! The morning breakfast was a highlight—delicious and fresh every day. Mrs. Kim in the kitchen was so warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The front desk staff was amazing, always friendly and attentive. They even remembered details about our trip and followed up to ask how things went. That personal touch made our experience even more special. We’ll definitely be back!

The positives: location, location, location. Right in the middle of Times Square. Walking distance to quite a few Broadway stages. Easy access to a subway stop. The negatives: where to start...The complimentary "hot" breakfast dining area holds maybe 40 people max. They serve breakfast from 6a-10a. If you get there after 830a, its like herding cattle, not cats. People heap full plates of food providing massive wait times for eggs, bacon and potatoes. We walked away at 9a due to the lines and the steam coming out of peoples ears due to not enough food for their savage children. I called later to give feedback after we ate across the street and the manager asked if she could make a plate for us. At least she tried to mitigate the problem. The hotel has 30 floors. They have 3 elevators. All of them hit every floor, which means almost a 10-15 minute elevator ride if you are on the top floors. We literally stopped on 20 floors from the 27th floor headed down to the lobby. Kind of ridiculous. Some of the staff were lovely. Several of the staff need anger management training, or to be terminated. One male concierge lost his cool after finding my daughter placing her luggage on top of a lobby waiting area/self serve dining room. No person in hospitality or customer service should ever speak like that. If that was my employee, I would have a discussion about not working there anymore. The last item is the lack of full length blackout curtains when you want a dark room.
