They didn't honer the price quoted to me by Expedia ($225 per nt, they charged $348). Then the room. It was DEFINATLY not worth that price! Then, they charged my card TWICE. I had to find a cheeper room. And they did not have a shuttle from the JFK airport..... it was an AWFUL experience!

The toilet wouldn’t stop running, we asked for maintenance and they never showed up . My partner had to jiggle something in the back of the toilet to make it stop each time we flushed , and that’s not something you want to be doing on vacation. Other wise than that experience it was good . The room was clean staff were nice and the area was convienet apart from having to go through the airport AirTran and paying almost 10 dollars everytime we wanted to catch the train .

The hotel lobby was so cold. You had to be fully dressed while waiting in a long line for check-in. The staff was not friendly-seemed overworked. House keeping took towels on the second day and did not replace them I had to call after showering to get towels. Two guests, three pillows. Did not feel welcomed. Front desk staff just looked at you when you walked in no greetings.

The shower is awesome, nice amenities, thanks for great customer service at the front desk, but PLEASE encourage your front desk agent NOT to say the floor/room number allowed (for safety reasons). The front desk clerk should point to the room number & tell guest "this is your room number", if the guest repeats that different but I had to ask her NOT to say room number allowed after telling me I was on the 3rd floor. Different world we're living in, but just best practices moving forward.
