The staff was excellent! Very friendly and helpful. They clearly were happy employees. The amenities closet was a big help as was the free filtered water machine. I’d recommend the hotel 100%! I’ll definitely be back

The bed was awful the worse. I have ever slept in I woke up with body aches and bed was small for two people and the room was very small not enough space at all I know it new york but that space. Is not it the picture on website is misleading,
