Clean room, close to Times Square. Staff upon arrival wasn’t very friendly. Acted like it was a problem to check in early, even tho we were paying the extra $50 to do so. Very nice tho when I needed an extra blanket. Not really a restaurant here, only a bar. And a resort fee is added once you get to the hotel.

Perfect location for access to Time Sq and good base to travel from. Room was excellent size and comfortatable. Friendly staff really well decorated to make a xmas stay feel fantastic!

I traveled with my 2 sons ages 13 and 16. The room was spacious and clean. The shower was a bit tiny but not bad. Our view was enjoyable from the 20th floor. Time square was just outside the hotel, less than a minute away. We walked everywhere, so location was perfect. I was expecting much more out of Breakfast based on reviews but it was just ok nothing fancy or spectacular. Staff and service is great, everyone was nice and helpful. I would definitely recommend and stay again.

terrible business policy, no exchange nor refunds no matter cause despite buying cancellation policy. (Apparently unusual bad weather and as a health care worker suddenly called into work does not qualify for any consideration) Zero accommodation from this property , who could have sold rooms many times over given location and new years eve. I will never book a Rui property again . We have booked an alternate property in NYC for 1 week later .
