The hotel was nice but the heat was lacking. It took 10 hours for it to go up 6 degrees on full blast and then the heat in the shower was something to be desired. I don’t know if they were having heat issues at that time but I was cold.

stunning room—design, style, views (wow!!!!), comfort, cleanliness. the hotel is an an amazing location—safe, so close to metro, buses, shops, restaurants. A very hip place in a a very hip location. Most gorgeous place I’ve ever stayed. We couldn’t have been more pleased.

12/18 - 22/2025 My experience at Merchant was delightful, from my phone call with Ruddy to the moment I arrived. The atmosphere and ambiance immediately stood out as warm, inviting, and thoughtfully arranged. The room was cozy and spotless, making it easy to relax and feel comfortable. The staff members we met were accommodating and respectful, which contributed to the overall positive experience. However, what made the visit especially memorable was Ruddy (Night Front Staff). He was the first to welcome us, opening the doors with genuine enthusiasm and kindness. His hospitality was outstanding, pleasant, engaging, and delivered with real passion. Ruddy didn’t just assist us; he reassured us that safety is a top priority. We felt safe and excited to be there. His energy and dedication truly enhanced the experience and he deserves a big WOW and MORE!!! Ruddy is definitely an asset to your business! He has excellent customer service skills. It’s really clean and in a great location, they just have some little annoying things like in some rooms the toilets are really loud and in some rooms the heat doesn’t work. I would know because I had to change rooms three times because of it. Otherwise it’s rlly nice and cozy.

We had a great stay! The staff was great! Randy at the front desk was very helpful, funny, and accommodating. All the staff was great and one of the bartenders was very friendly. Great place to stay and it was easy to go to most places walking or subway.

I would rate this hotel a 4.75...... We were upgraded to a higher floor with a view and balcony. Hotel is in a great location if your a foodie! Hotel lacks a snack bar. Not alot of traffic in or out whoch is great. Friendly staff and room had everything one needs although its small. I would definitely stay here again and recommend it to my friends.
