We had a great time at the W Times Square. Ish was simply fantastic, he made our checkin process easy and explained the property in a funny and friendly way. We were able to go to the TMPL gym and got our complimentary drinks. He also signed us up to become Marriott members, so we’re looking ahead to a long time relationship with the chain. We love the W. Customer service all around is the best. We had room service for breakfast and e writhing was cooked exactly as requested.,delicious. The previous night we stopped at the bar and Patrick the bar tender was super friendly and knowledgeable. Gave us an eduction on vodka martinis.

My family and I had an excellent experience at the W Hotel. The location was perfect, and our suite offered stunning views. The staff was warm and welcoming, and we enjoyed the live band on Friday night. The rooms were spotless, and overall the atmosphere was vibrant and inviting. I would gladly stay here again and highly recommend it to others.

Great views and on Times Square. No free internet, bathroom needs updating (mold in the shower caulking, corner of mirror missing), overall dusty, front staff not welcoming. The man in charge of taking luggage to the holding area was very friendly! Our family was staying around the corner and had a better experience overall
