Our stay was extremely comfortable! With had a very late check in around midnight and they were able to check us in smoothly and seamlessly! The rooms were nice and clean although the furniture was on the older side, besides that our stay was great! The staff are friendly and accommodating, the location is a perfect and we enjoyed our room.

It felt like being in an apartment it was spacious, it had a small kitchen and the bathroom was big and the bedroom too!! The breakfast place attached to the hotel was amazing too!! All the amenities that it offered I think this is my new place to book when I come to New York again!!! It was perfect and the view if you get a top floor we stayed in the 14 floor!! Definitely book here!!!

Our one-bedroom apartment was immaculately cleaned, the bed and furniture was comfortable, the linens were fresh and cozy. It was a quiet and peaceful stay in a nice neighborhood. We greatly enjoyed our dinner at Vintage Green, the hotel’s rooftop restaurant which has an incredible view of the Empire State Building. All staff members of the hotel and restaurant were very friendly and polite. I’d definitely stay and dine here again!

I honestly don’t know who leaves 10/10 reviews for this place. It felt like 3* hotel. Both of our rooms had very outdated furniture and bathrooms, and the view was terrible for 1 of our rooms. The room temperature was extremely uncomfortable 25°C with no way to lower it unless we opened the windows, which meant listening to a loud furnace all night. Overall, we were disappointed and will not be returning to this hotel. Positive notes: The location is convenient, nice lobby, cozy restaurant and the staff were very friendly.
