The only thing one of the bed frame sticking out and covered with the linen and one of us run into it and hit her leg and happened 3x.

Do not recommend this hotel. Upon arrival given a room overlooking the pool which was full of kids having fun. Requested another room other than pool side. Was informed no other rooms available. Asked what happens if I cancelled the room was informed to contact Expedia. Contacted Expedia to find the hotel was not full and they contacted the hotel to suggest offering another room. The second room was on the quiet side of the hotel. Unfortunately the second room was more "worn" than the first with peeling wallpaper, well used carpet and riped upholstery on the chair. This hotel definitely needs a makeover and a call to the elevator service company to resolve a temperamental operating panel. Will acknowledge the staff were very friendly and polite but the hotel's condition overweighs my rating.

The employees were nice and the building was fairly clean. My room was clean but the carpet was really stained. The hallway carpet was really ragged and wore, the walls were destroyed due to the suitcase dolly. The breakfast was not the best, very limited.

Overall the hotel was very enjoyable. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was alright could have used a few extra options like some kind of potato, oatmeal and some yogurt. The Berrymore had awesome smoothies. It was super close to where the action is absolutely would stay here again.
