The hotel is very aged...ie carpet was so worn you can see the fiber. Wallpaper was peeling. The wood furniture was damaged but stain was used to cover it up. Bathroom was a 1980s find. They definitely tried to keep a clean hotel. The swimming pool/ water was clean. Hotel has character. Honestly i wont complain for $100 a night midweek in Niagara. Are there better options, I'm sure. But location is great to walk everywhere.

Excellent place for a family friendly getaway on a budget. Location is excellent with a short walk to Clifton Hill and the Falls. The hotel is in need of an update to it's look, but for the price and what you get, it's definitely worth it.

Room smells bad. Washroom and corridor was not clean. Breakfast disaster and horrible after eating those bagels we all throw up and price was too expensive compare to service. I would recommend people to look for other hotels.
