Staff very polite, convenient breakfast, Wi-Fi and parking included in price, Wego bus “blue” line nearby. However.. Property was VERY old with wallpaper coming off, carpet stain and very worn. Needs remodeled!

Staying here was a very strange experience. The lobby/pool area are dated, but clean and well maintained.... ...Then, you enter the elevator and exit into a disaster zone. The hallways and rooms are not only dated, but the carpet is stained and ripped, the wallpaper peeling, and the curtains are covered in stains that you don't want to think into too deeply. The blow-dryer in our room electrocuted me when I picked it up. The beds in the family suites are only doubles which for two adults is much tighter than we would want ideally. And yet....we didn't have an awful time here. The free breakfast was decent, the location is great, the hotel is quiet at night, the family balcony overlooking the lobby was huge, and the kids (2 and 5) who don't pick up on decrepit, quite enjoyed being here. We found a great discount when booking, and overall we took the rest in stride. If, however, I'd paid full price, at $375 a night, I would have been much more upset.

Like: - area - close to clifton and fallsview waterpark - included breakfast - pool hours until 10pm was nice Dislike: - rotten smell on the 3rd floor corridors and by elevator. - cleanliness in the room especially washroom. - damaged toilet. Wont flush properly. Had to hold it harder and longer to be flushed properly Over all nice place to go with family however updates/renos are surely needed in some areas.

The hotel itself is okay since the location is very convenient tho when we checked in there was a fly in the room and the toilet barely flushes i told the staff and told me they couldn't do anything about it so we took care of the fly. And the next day i asked the housekeeping to clean where the fly died but she refused and i asked her to change the bedsheet instead she gave me the bedsheet to change it myself😂 sorry i couldnt post a picture of the toilet 💩 is floating😂😅

It was in a great location not to far from from the falls. It was a little outdated but seemed clean and still enjoyable. The house keeping staff was attentive and kind. It was a plus for free breakfast and parking. Our room had a good city view. We were able to see the firework show from our room.
