Perfect spot for our Falls Trip

This cute unit was perfect for a couple of nights. Although small, it was functional. Visitors used to central AC may need to adjust to the difference in the way the room feels but that’s a regional preference. Connected to two other units. Felt safe. Not luxurious but great accommodations. Communication with host was second to none.

Compact

We were quite surprised how small the apartment was. The description said one bedroom so I assumed it was separate and you had your kitchen, but it was basically a studio apartment only. They had a mini fridge with no freezer compartment and very little to no storage for your suitcases and clothes. The closet was no closet at all, it was probably 2 inches in depth and you had 3 hooks to hang your clothes sideways and the shower was so compact it was a challenge to have enough room to wash up. The grout outside the shower had dirt/mold in it. The portable AC worked well enough and kept the area cool but it was extremely loud next to the tv. Our garbage was overflowing after 3 days (mini garbage can) so I had to contact Jay to see if we should take out the garbage on garbage day because I seen cans out at the street. Once we took out the bag I figured there’d be extra bags underneath but no so we had to use shopping bags to put in there just to have a bag in the can. I had to buy extra toilet paper because we ran out and I didn’t feel like contacting the host to bring over more toilet paper. (only 1 extra regular size roll was under sink) Just not quite what I envisioned for our visit. The backyard had a beautiful pond and the apartment was close to most of the activities but we probably won’t be back. The studio apartment was very clean otherwise we probably would have left. If you’re looking to stay for only a day or 2 with a place to sleep this would work.

Excellent Property

The property is in a very quiet neighborhood and about 10 minute walk, if that, to all the major Niagara attractions. My wife and I walked almost everywhere we wanted to go to. The downtown Niagara area, also close by, is a great place to eat off the tourist path.

Great location and very accommodating owner

Location and place is great. The room was very clean (we met the women who cleaned for Jay and she did a fantastic job!) but the backyard could use some trimming, it seemed overgrown a bit. Jay was so accommodating and very quick to respond to my messages which was impressive. Overall all everything was an awesome experience. One suggestion would be to mention in your listing it is a Keurig coffee machine and not a “coffeemaker” Thanks for all the great memories

Would definitely recommend

Upon arrival the first thing i noticed was how clean the location was. Everything was profided, even some juice and water in the mini fridge :) the location was great! Close to walk most places, but also away from the hussle and bussle. I had such a great time enjoying the sites and beautiful falls. It was quiet and relaxing 😌 i would definitely recommend this location to friends and damiky. Thank you for your hospitality!!! Cheers

New Year's at Niagara

We had a fantastic time. Jay was a wonderful host, and the location was fantastic! A short 15 minute walk to be right where all the action is, but a quiet peaceful place to come back to, away from the crowds. Must see the fireworks over the falls!

Cozy getaway in Niagara Falls

Fantastic location, easily walkable to the Falls. We walked everywhere and felt very safe at all times. Very quiet neighborhood, studio space, comfy bed, bathroom is small but sufficient.
