Hotel is in disrepair. Had small insects they called sugar ants on my desk. Smell was bad on my wing. Bed was clean but I never received housekeeping services the entire 4 night stay. Was happy to check out.

We booked two rooms. We checked in one room early and paid the charge for that. They gave the option to pay to check in the second room early but we didn’t need it yet, our friends had not arrived so we didn’t want to spend the money. When they arrived at 3:30(half hour after check in) they no longer had a room available. It took until almost 8pm to get that second room available and the front desk guy (I’m assuming the manager) was quite rude.

Mi estancia en ese hotel fue una total pesadilla. La habitación tenia mal olor, las sabanas estaban sucias, habian cucarachas por todos lados. Cobran un extra por limpiar la.habitation lo cual nunca la limpiaron aunq lo pedi varias veces por q el refrigerafor votaba agua. Estuve 5 dias y estuve con las mismas toallas por q nunca habia toallas limpias. El desayuno no era desayino. Solo eran waffles y pan blanco sin tostador. El juego no sabia a nada por q le ponian demaciada agua. No hay ascensor habia q subir las maletas por escaleras. El shampoo era solo una pequeñisimo empaque para 5 dias. Fue una total pesadilla. Pedi varias veces que por lo menos me sacaran la.basura del baño y nunca lo hicieron. Mis vaciones.fueron una total pesadilla en ese hotel.

It was clean. A little noisy from the road noise. It could use updating. Trash over flowed the garbage cans in the corridors. We didn't get to use the pool because it was too cold but it looked awesome. Breakfast wasn't very much to choose from. Doors to the outside did not lock and they were supposed too.

We had a room with 2 queen beds, 4 people in the room. Those numbers were known before we arrived. We get the the room, we have 2 bath towels, 1 wash cloth and a towel to dry hands on, but no where to hang that hand towel. Husband goes to customer service for more towels. He is told to bring the 2 used towels to customer service and we can get new ones. He is given 1 wash cloth and told to bring it back for a clean one as well! There was 1 very thin bar of soap in the room. We could not get another one to use at the sink to wash hands as we were only staying 2 nights. The hall we stayed down says no smoking yet reeked of smoke. The pool was nasty looking. The lady who checked us in was very rude to us, but friendly with others she spoke Spanish to.

We stayed one night at Garnet Inn and Suites and had a decent overall experience. The staff was very polite and helpful from check-in to check-out, which we really appreciated. Our room was clean and comfortable, and for a short stay it met our basic needs well. The biggest downside was the noise. It seems like most of the rooms face the street, and traffic sounds carried through the night, which made it hard to sleep. If you’re a light sleeper, this could be an issue. We didn’t get a chance to use the pool since the weather was a bit too cool during our visit, so we can’t comment on that amenity. Overall, not a bad stay for a quick overnight trip, but the street noise would make us think twice about booking again unless that’s addressed.

The bathroom left something to be desired. The shower head was a very basic, soaker kind of shower head. Also, the tub did not drain all that quickly, so you would have to stand in a pool of water for a bit before getting out of the shower. Also, the shower curtain rod was starting to come out of the wall and did not fully keep up the shower curtain. It was otherwise an ok experience.

The room seemed fine visually, after the third one I went to! It took three tries to get me a room that had working utility. And the third room didn't have roaches, I didn't see roaches anywhere in this place but they had little sugar ant piss ants in the bathroom sink and will the TV is. The first building I went to smell like weed even though they're supposed to be non-smoking rooms. I wasn't really call it a breakfast, an apple an orange cereal and make your own waffle that you can't even make because I couldn't even get the batter out of the container. Red dance directions clears day, pull up on tab I pulled up and nothing happened It didn't budge
