Stayed for one night during the haunted horror houses at Universal Orlando and it was very nice, clean. Staff was very friendly and answered any questions I had. Honestly my only problem was you have to pay to park :( But it is right across the street from Universal so its expected

The your of the room worked so well for our family. The breakfast was great and location to universal and shopping. We had one maintenance worker that wasn’t kind and seemed very out out to have to help us with a need in our room.

Excellent

Great place to stay if you’re looking to save a few dollars while staying close to Universal! They have morning and evening shuttles to and from the parks, clean rooms, and free breakfast! Highly recommend :)

We had an issue with the room smelling like a wet dog. The smell was similar to a carpet left wet post cleaning. We had to call front desk 3 times to have housekeeping come up to spray a concentrated room spray which only made the smell worse. Other than the above experience the room was fine with a good staff.
