Ensure guests know housekeeping must be requested explicitly and make sure it occurs when scheduled and delays/rescheduling are communicated promptly. I would not recommend this hotel until this was corrected.

False Advertising! One of the primary reasons we booked this hotel was because of the hot tub and pool. We only found out when we checked in that these amenities were not available. Even though they were still currently advertising these features. We were given no notice of these closures. Had we been notified, we would have booked elsewhere. There was also no maid service during our stay.

The lobby of the hotel and room are very beautiful, it’s spacious, the staff are welcoming, however, there is lacking. The breakfast is supposed to be served until 9:30, unfortunately, at 9:10 there was no more meat or anything else other than yogourt and cereal. The coffee was instant and it was more like water than coffee. There’s no coffee machine in the room neither. We ended up going to breakfast restaurant. The pool and main elevator is under maintenance. The ice machine on my floor was not working and there was no machine on 2 other floors, I had to go 2 floors down. The parking fees cost me 44$ for 2 days instead of indicated 16$. We couldn’t connect to the tv, it says we needed to update it but we were unable to update the server that was outdated since 2016 and the maintenance guy came and knew about it. But if you have a laptop you can bring a HDMI cable to plug it to the tv.

Room 120 needs the floor near the bathroom sink replaced ït is wonky. The bathroom sink has a ant problem. The cleaning lady left two black hairs in the shower and the bedsheets were wrinkled. The front office staff was courteous and helpful upon check in.
