The property was nice and the pool was very inviting. What I didn't like is the rooms seem to have a bit outdated style with poor lighting. The A/C went out but the staff quickly moved us to a new room. The washing machines were notworking, so this caused some inconvenience.

The location is excellent, especially for visiting nearby attractions such as Disney and Universal. Room: Clean and well-equipped with everything necessary for a comfortable stay. Amenities: The gym needs significant improvement. It lacks sufficient space and essential equipment, particularly free weights. It is currently too limited to allow for a proper workout. Breakfast: Breakfast offerings lack variety. During my one-week stay, the same items were served every day. It would be beneficial to include a wider selection of breads, cold cuts, and options for children such as hot chocolate and different types of cereals. Staff: Very friendly and courteous. Overall: I had a pleasant stay. However, improvements in the gym and breakfast selection would greatly enhance the guest experience.

Is close to everything but not in the main busy noisy street although that breakfast is only until 930 and the smell of burnt weed was until very late during night time it was clean

Didn’t like having to pay for parking if I’m already paying for the hotel stay why would I have to pay to park on the property that I’m staying at. Other than that the continental breakfast was amazing.

Mala experiencia

Cambiamos 2 veces de habitación, la primera por mal olor del sofá cama, la segunda por ruido excesivo del motor del aire acondicionado, en las habitaciones en general el sistema de aire es demasiado ruidoso y la salida apunta a la cama, a pesar de tratar de calibrar la dirección de salida, el aire frío pega directamente en la cara. Fueron 3 noches sin descanso, no reconocieron los problemas y mi única opción fue quedarme allí para no pagar penalidad. No recomendado.
