I chose this hotel specifically because it had a hot tub and pool. At check in I was told the pool area is closed for maintenance. I would have chose a cheaper hotel and feel I should be compensated

The room was clean and large. The low rating was for the sneaky way they inform you of the parking charge. I got an email AFTER the window for cancellation was closed. The charge at $24 was also high for the area. Breakfast was not good.

I was traveling with my 1 and 3 year-old granddaughters and chose this hotel because it was listed as family-friendly and advertised cribs and a child-specific pool. Unfortunately, despite requesting a crib during booking and at check-in, it was never delivered, even after calling the front desk twice. Additionally, all pools were out of service, which was very disappointing for my granddaughters. Being on the 4th floor with two small children, no crib, and no pool made this stay very disappointing, which is unfortunate because the hotel itself is very nice. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable, and breakfast was good, if what was advertised was actually available, this would have been a 5star stay!

Booked this hotel as a last minute stay through Expedia. Despite my Expedia booking receipt & DASKK website stating it was a $50 deposit they argued with me that it was $100.. okay fine.. then was told we could hang out by the pool but the pool was closed when it states that NO where in their property details. Hot tub had jets on, splash pad was running with fountains & sprinklers. Had we know the pools were not open we would not have booked. But what really will keep me from ever staying with DASKK again is how their staff spoke to my child. My daughter was fixing her breakfast & dropped 1 blueberry, the gentleman proceeded to to scold her & tell her how she was making a huge mess despite my daughter picking it up. The breakfast is not considered a full breakfast. It was just a bunch of packed snacks with eggs or sausage. & the room was disgusting. How do I know it’s not cleaned properly? Someone’s jewelry left ontop of the headboard. There was hair all over the floor, mold that’s been painted over as well as just dust painted over the vents. There was a party going on along the parking lot at 2am that was loud as well. You’d have a much more restful sleep at a motel crawling in roaches before paying to stay here.

The hotel’s location was great, conveniently close to well-known attractions. However, upon my arrival, I was not greeted warmly and wasnt given much information about the hotel. I only noticed the sign indicating free breakfast. The hotel itself appeared okay, trying to look modern but lacking significant renovations. My daughter was excited about the pool, but unfortunately, it was undergoing maintenance, which was not communicated to us. Overall, I felt that the hotel lacked effective communication and customer service. On the positive side, the staff at the breakfast area was very welcoming.
