This 1 bedroom attached casita has a private entrance. It is part of the main house on the property and is not a separate building. This is an older home, no high tech just a clean and happy space with essentials. There is a seating area for quests in the fenced backyard with a small barbeque grill. There is a dog and cat on the property so you might cross paths with these friendly animals . A small pet under 30 lbs is also welcome. There is no additional pet fee. In addition there is no cleaning fee . This quiet and peaceful property features 1 bedroom with a comfortable and supportive memory foam queen bed, a bathroom with a bathtub/shower, and an additional living room space with several comfy chairs. The kitchen has a full size fridge, microwave and toaster oven. Kitchen is complete with dishes, pots and pans...everything you may need to cook a meal. Paper plates/ paper towels and cleaning supplies also provided. Starbucks coffee and tea provided. There is a t.v. in the unit with Roku channels and Netflix. Smoking is allowed outside. 420 friendly. Enjoy the serene surroundings with majestic mountain views and take advantage of amenities like AC, Wi-Fi, and a heated well maintained COMMUNITY swimming pool (not a private pool), jacuzzi and outdoor shower. Beautiful central location just minutes from downtown. I look forward to welcoming travelers who are relocating, remote workers, travelling nurses or those in need of a monthly stay in beautiful Palm Desert I invite you to my peaceful place.

The host was inceredibly nice and welcoming. The home itself was very cute, cozy, and clean. The neighborhood is quiet and close to shops and restaraunts. I had a very pleasant stay and would definitely stay there again.

Perfect overnight get away. Quiet, clean, and well organized casita. Jani was there to make sure all my questions were answered. Coffee and snack basket was also a great addition after a long drive. A lot more than I expected.

Janie is a wonderful host! This is our second time here and we enjoyed it very much. Everything was clean and comfortable. She had a French press with Starbucks ground beans for us. And when we arrive there, she wait for us in the driveway so that we appreciated that welcome. We recommended to friends and family. And it’s only 20 minutes away from La Quinta resort which we love to stop by every year for coffee.

Super Clean & Quiet

This was the cleanest Vrbo I've ever stayed in. Very cozy and relaxing. Close to restaurants and shops. Jani was always available with any questions I had. I plan on booking again next year.

Quaint and sweet

Jani was super sweet, accommodating, and great at communicating. I was in town for a sound bath facilitator training for three nights, so this was perfect for that. It was enough room for myself and a friend. Quaint, but met all of my needs. There's a nice space outside for reading or just enjoying some time outside.

Cute little casita

We stayed here for the festival. It was a great cute place to come to at the end of the night. The pets are friendly too. We wish we could've experienced more of what it had to offer but with the festival, we weren't around much. Decor was super cute and the owner was very attentive and sweet. If you're wanting to hang out in Palm Desert this is a great location. Very close to lots of shops and restaurants. Pretty views outside and the owner seems knowledgeable of the area and can give recommendations on where to go/what to do. We enjoyed our time here!
