The condo was disappointing. We found several areas that didn't live up to expectations. 1.Furnishings & Carpet - worn, tired and pretty dirty.2.No Smart TV in main living room.3.Repair issues - laundry closet door and it looked like the smoke alarm in bedroom had been removed.4. Kitchen drawers - no glides and would fall out.Positives - location and south facing

Great stay in Palm Desert

This condo is in a great location. Monterey is a beautiful property centrally located about 20 minutes away in any direction from all of the great things to do in the Coachella Valley. The condo itself is in a perfect location just steps away from a pool, near the clubhouse. The patio is south facing on the 7 tee box so you can watch the sunrise and sunset and no worries about golf balls in the yard. Glenn was a great host, responsive and helpful. The condo is very well stocked with all the dishes and cooking equipment that anyone could need. Towels were plentiful and the appliances we used all worked well. The condo is comfortable but some things are dated, the kitchen cupboards and drawers are original and can be sticky to open and shut, the bifold doors on the laundry room and the patio are original and come off the tracks frequently. They likely need replacing and there is definitely wear and tear due to frequent renters (dings on the walls, carpet a little worse for wear, patio screen door comes off the rails) the bathrooms are also original but spacious and clean. The condo was very clean except that some things were dusty like the artificial plants. We really enjoyed our stay and Glenn was great to deal with and the location was ideal.

Perfect Landing Place for our Tournament at the Polo Fields

This condo really worked out perfectly for us! It was my husband, me, and our 2 teenage boys, who were playing in a tournament where Coachella is. The drive to the fields was easy enough, and it was great to come back to the comfort of this place. The kitchen is well-stocked (we are those people who eat all of our meals at the house, so this is a must). The grill was definitely a perfect addition. There was plenty of space for us to eat, sit and relax, and, of course sleep. My biggest compliment is that the owners were AMAZING!! I had a few questions, and needed help with one thing. They were incredibly responsive, and incredibly helpful. This is an absolute bonus now-a-days!!

Overall this was a perfect choice for us and our puppy to spend the last two weeks of our six week California holiday. Communication with host was excellent...very attentive. Pool and hot tub were well used and the location near all of the Palm Desert shops and attractions was excellent.

Very easy to make arrangements. Owner was great. No problems. One comment. A lot of large artificial plants in every room. Very dusty. Hard to keep clean. Caused a bit of a musty smell and lots of sneezing. Property is great but would be perfect without the dusty plants.
