I booked a Suite and Hilton down graded me claiming A plumbing issue. They didn't compensate for another suite. The room they gave us was horrible, crappy Bed, horrible shower and one light would not turn on in the bathroom. We will never book the hotel again. This is the worst Hilton Hotel. Don't go here!

Room was good, but the hotel was gross. Messes in common areas were left uncleaned for extended periods of time. This included food left in the carpet and an unbagged dirty diaper just left on floor.

Clean room asked for extra pillow and blankets and got then pretty quick with no hassle. Receptionist was super friendly and helpful with information about the event we were here for.

I reserved a garden view room. The view on the 2nd floor was a single tree top and parking lot/cars. Not a garden view in any way. The front of the bathroom cabinet was coming off and they had stapled it on in the corners, not glued it, so it was loose and coming off. Otherwise, clean and quiet.

Good property. A bit tired after years of service but still good. Beds a bit lumpy. But Ileana was a gem in welcoming me to the front desk and sending me out the following morning. She is the essence of hospitality and service. Good location between food, petrol station and center of Rancho Mirage.

It was located in a nice area with great restraunts within walking distance. Also nice local shopping. The hotel was clean however the mattresses were not very comfortable. They may need to upgrade the mattresses to a more luxury type for better sleep.

Easy to get in and out, parking was accessible and plentiful, the rooms were clean and pleasant, staff was very helpful. Restaurants close by. Nothing very fancy or high end about this facility, but it's clean, safe and comfortable for a reasonable price.
