Veronica at the front desk was more than accommodating..I appreciate her good sense of humor, her ability to be personable and understanding even in times that were not easy to comprehend. She never tried to avoid an issue, she took each one on full force and did it professionally. She is awesome. That's a hard to find employee right there.

Loads of stores and restaurants nearby and easy access to the freeway. The employees there are nice, can bring my dog at no extra cost and for a motel 6 was quiet on the property on a Friday night. The only negative is that you can hear the train at night.

The rooms 119 had roach/ants and no A Condition we weren’t able to sleep. Very awful experience. The other room 111 the bathroom roof was leaking all over the tab the roof was all black and meldewnot able to take a shower we had to move to another room in the middle of the night. I went n talk to Veronica at front desk. She said that the manager would give 20x cent credit for both rooms I declined I thought it was unfair, she should’ve reimbursed me for what I paid. Very rude and unprofessional service, in the future I will not stay at Motel 6 anymore. Hope Expedia will be able to provide good service customers n I can get my money back. Tks. Santina Pellegrino.

Pet friendly no extra fee, the hotel area itself is nice and quiet, but it's right next to the freeway which is pretty loud at night when trying to sleep. All the employees were nice.The only down side is there is no grass area only a small area of rocks for our dog.
