To comply with legal regulations and building security policies, all guests must complete a verification process before check-in. This may include:

âą Providing a valid credit card with a name that matches your ID
âą Completing a secure verification portal
âą Undergoing a background check (if required by building management)

đ Rental Agreement
All guests are required to sign a rental agreement outlining the terms of your stay. By completing your reservation, you confirm that:

âą You agree to submit a valid ID and matching credit card before check-in
âą You acknowledge that a background check may be required by the property
âą You understand that check-in instructions will only be provided after verification is complete
Note: While rare, repeated policy violations may result in local law enforcement involvement. In such cases, guests will be responsible for all related expenses.
Damage Waiver / Security Deposit
You will be asked to choose either a $35 non-refundable damage waiver or a $350 security deposit hold (not a charge and released after checkout if everything is in good shape). Accidents happen. This just helps keep things easy for everyone.

Pets are allowed in select units depending on size, breed, and whether they are service animals. Advance notice is required to avoid cancellation of your reservation.
Pet Fee: $20/night per pet
Allowed pets: Dogs and cats only (maximum 2)
Breed Restrictions:
Alaskan Malamute, Belgian Malinois, Boxer, Chow Chow, Dalmatian, Doberman, German Shepherd, Husky breeds, Pit Bull breeds, Presa Canario, Rottweiler, Staffordshire Terrier, Wolf Hybrid
Unauthorized pets will result in a $500 fee.

âą Our units are equipped with noise monitoring devices to detect decibel levels (they do not record audio or conversations). Tampering with these devices will result in a fee.
