The apartment features a bedroom with a king-size bed, attached bathroom, air conditioning (2 in the unit), and aSmart TV. The living area includes fast Wi-Fi and a futon sofa bed for a third guest if needed.

A full kitchen provides all the essentials, and the spacious private balcony is equipped with a table and chairs for outdoor relaxing. The islands seating serves at the dining room as well as the workspace.
