The apartment is in an unbeatable location, just 2 blocks away from fifth avenue and 3 blocks from the beach. If what you're looking for is a place to relax and also close to all the action, this will be perfect for you!

The apartment has a modern design giving you a feeling of luxury and paradise. From the rooftop infinity pool you'll enjoy sea views and Cozumel in the horizon.

We'll make sure your stay is as comfortable as possible, and you won't even have to worry about bringing towels for the beach since we provide you with them along with a full set of bathroom towels and amenities.
You'll find also complimentary bottled drinking water in the apartment - a day out exploring the Riviera Maya can make you thirsty!

The kitchen is fully equipped and ready to use with all utensils and appliances necessary.

Apart from the apartment you'll have full access to the rooftop infinity pool area. We also have a BBQ space on the roof.

If you love working out, you could go for a run along the beach or use the gym in the building at no extra charge.

The apartment is centrally located, with the ADO coach station within 15 minutes' walk and the Cozumel pier also just a short stroll away. Head to nearby Fifth Avenue for the area's best restaurants, shops, bars, clubs, and water activities.

Although you'll be within walking distance from lots of attractions, bicycles are great to go experience Playa. For out of town adventures like going to the Mayan Ruins, Tulum, Cenotes, etc., I'd recommend renting a car. (there's parking space in the building)

Check in and check out times on weekends (Saturday and Sunday) will be between 10:00am and 12:00pm. Checking in out of this time frame could be discussed and arranged in case of exceptional circumstances (e.g. late flight arrival)
