Our stay at Secrets Maroma in Cancun was an incredible experience! The resort was spotless, with beautiful, well-maintained grounds and luxurious accommodations. The staff was exceptionally friendly, providing top-notch service throughout our stay. There were plenty of food options to choose from, and the beach was absolutely stunning. We would definitely stay here again for another relaxing getaway!

This was our second stay at Secrets Maroma. The property is beautiful and the beach absolutely amazing. What lacked this time was the service. I am not a drinker and small request for items like coffee capsules were very difficult to obtain. We only saw our concierge twice and did not feel like we received the same level of service as last year. The food quality has gone down from years past as well. Still one of our favorites because the beach is superb.

The ocean was beautiful with warm water! I am a ocean enthusiast and this one was so clear and beautiful. Wish it had bigger waves like Hawaii but I did love it. The property was really nice & clean, I would recommend this resort

This resort was excellent! Every staff member was super friendly and always anxious to assist with whatever our needs happened to be. The resort grounds and the pool areas were pristine. Our Junior Suite was in excellent condition and very clean. The food options around the pool areas was outstanding. The only thing I would change would be having the buffet open for an evening dinner option. Great vacation.
