This was our first time here and it will not be our last! Roger the Concierge and was he just truly what you want in a concierge! He took such great care of making sure my wife and I had EVERYTHING we needed. When we first got there we had a few small issues nothing huge, But between Roger and management they went above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. The staff is so attentive and kind! We will be back again this year! Thank you all for making my birthday such a memorable and relaxing trip! Thank you Adam K And Renee K

This property had the best service. Everyone was so kind from front Desk & then concierge Ivan organized a special surprise for my birthday. Roberto was available for us at all times to help us plan our activities & answer all our questions. They have fun activities included like kayak , sailing, bike tour and much more. Also really amazing food and drinks. The beach was so clean and incredible. Really good food and drinks. The only thing I would recommend is more Latin music & entertainment. They catered a lot to US culture but for going to Mexico we would prefer all Latin vibes.

Arguably, the best experience we've had at a resort in Mexico. Every day there were interesting games/events going on in the resort. The restaurant selection is similar to most Secrets, but the food was 5-star (even the lunches setup by the pool were fantastic). The best part was that everyone working there was super attentive and genuinely interested in making people's day. This is by far the most important aspect of any resort.
