Lovely rooms with decent sized bathroom but no curtains to close across the windows. While the blind limited visibility it didn’t block out sunlight in any way in the morning- bit odd. Turned up just after 4 (check-in time) to be told room was not ready, in fact 3 other couples were told the same thing, and no indication was given as to how long we’d have to wait . having just driven 5.5hrs I had no interest in jumping in car again to find something to kill time so I asked reception politely to go and find out how long and the chap came back with a room key. This is the reason why I am not giving a 5 star review. If checking time is so late in the day and guests stick to that time then rooms should be ready by then. Anyway hotel room was lovely and the fine dining restaurant was very very good so I would use this hotel again

Unfortunately when I booked either I neglected to say we had a dog or there was not a place for the information. When we arrived we could not have the room that was booked as it was not dog friendly. The staff did get it one however it took an hour to prepare the room. Not sure if this was a Expedia issue. No shampoo in the shower and the toilet bowl struggled to fill.

Dolly on the breakfast shift was the highlight! 20 minutes to have dinner server take the orders seemed a bit long. Asked desk to get shower soap refilled after first night, never happened. Otherwise great hotel, would recommend

Overall the property was nice, however, our bathroom was not very clean. Like hair still in shower and on floor, looked like it was barely wiped down. Beds looked like they were slapped together and they are rock hard. Staff when we called a couple of times weren’t very friendly, however, when we checked in staff was friendly.

At 4.20 pm the room looked like a piece of sh…. They gave us an other room which next day was never vaccumed (like the hallway, small pieces paper (same one) was in the hallway ) no soap in the dispenser. No coffee (Paper) mugs replaced. The floor in the elevator looked like it never had been cleaned since the hotel was build. Bed was made like a 5 year old tried to do it (I have pictures of the beds and the floor) Disgusting The restaurant was very good and the highlight of our stay. Staff at reception very friendly

Beautiful rooms, lots of First Nations local art displayed and some for sale in the gift shop. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very comfortable beds and spacious rooms. Would definitely recommend and stay here again.

Perfect place to stay before and after BC ferries trip up the inside passage, unless you like good coffee. The rooms are always great and this time the front desk staff were fantastic. No longer grouchy and sullen, but thoughtful and attentive. More than makes up for their consistently awful coffee, which any objective reviewer would have to describe as battery acid! We’ll stay here again, just get your coffee elsewhere. 😅

Good hotel overall

Good: Location, light blocking shades, pet friendly, quiet, AC available, updated, lots of parking, nice decor and lobby with local art. Needs improvement: cleanliness of shower (lots of pink mold), cleanliness of carpet, we had no hand or shower soap in our room, check in process was disorganized.
