The Space:

Recently remodeled and tastefully furnished in true Portland fashion, this private home boasts a unique charm, with many of the original features and woodwork from its over-a-century-year-old structure still in tact.

The living room is cozy and relaxed. Those rainy days are perfect for cuddling up and watching movies on the 55" LED flat-screen TV.



One thing to note is this home is normally a duplex, but this listing is for both units. So you will have access to two kitchens and units on the same property. You will not be sharing walls with any other groups, this is a private home.



If you feel like eating in, there's a fully equipped kitchen with new appliances and a big farmhouse-style table in the spacious dining room to easily host your crew - not to mention grocery stores just a few blocks away.



After spending the day walking, shopping, and eating, you'll love coming home to the super comfy queen-size beds in each of the bedrooms. Six bedrooms total.

🚌 Bus — TriMet Route 2 (Division) runs along Division Street with frequent service to downtown (~15 min).



🚲 Biking — BIKETOWN bike-share stations nearby. Portland's bike lane network makes cycling easy and safe.



🚗 Driving — Free street parking available (read signs for restrictions). Rideshare (Uber/Lyft) typically arrives in under 5 minutes.



✈️ Airport — PDX is about 15 minutes by car or a quick MAX + bus connection.

Located directly on the vibrant SE Division corridor, this spot puts you right in the middle of the action, steps away from Portland's best restaurants. Given the bustling street location, guests sensitive to noise should be prepared for the lively sounds of the city
