Booked this specific hotel because it was close to the Moda center and the price.. but the hidden fees took away any sort of value in this hotel. $40 for parking (per night!), and you can’t even maintain your EV charging? There’s only one out of five working EV chargers.. why even advertise that. And $30 for an amenity fee? What amenities are there? The poor excuse for the breakfast? Or the $8 waters in the room? Or the lack of an ice machine on each floor? Lack of a microwave in the room? Also, back on the breakfast, when we saw how poor the continental breakfast was, we decided we’d order off the menu since the prices seemed decent. Stood there like a clueless idiot for awhile before anyone even acknowledged us, and then got served a jimmy dean breakfast sandwich and a stale frozen burrito with mystery meat. This hotel has so much potential, it has an amazing location and a great atmosphere as you walk in, but it feels so shady and gross to be charged for the lacking amenities, and to pay that much for parking with one EV charger is absolutely ridiculous. Just avoid this one!

This property aims to be young and hip. It puts out fixins for 'smores every evening, to be prepared on the patio fire. Cool. But there are drawbacks. The staff is young and inexperienced; they gave me wrong directions for a restaurant 3 blocks away. I was awakened at 3 am by the loud guest next door; when I tried to call the front desk, the phone did not work. I told the manager the next day -- she told me I should have Googled the hotel from my iphone and called them on it. No apology. Service? Not. When the hotel contacted me for a review, I wrote a critique as above; no one contacted me with an apology or at least a sympathetic comment. I will not be a returning guest.

We thoroughly enjoyed the space for games, Smores, dance on Saturday p.m. Rose & another young women were phenomenal in storing our luggage so we could do some sightseeing & come back a few hrs. later. They were labeled properly & were available when we needed to leave. They should both get an A+

The rooms were far from the sparkling rooms pictured. Arrived and turned on the tap - rust in the water for the first minute. Yellowed bathtub floor. Fresh sheets? Found a red-brown stain on the duvet underside. Asked for new sheets - even the new clean sheets had a hole in the duvet. Complimentary breakfast is misleading advertising. No fresh food - stale bagels, Costco muffins, cereal & milk, and boiled eggs. Could at least get a waffle maker… Good things - service was nice & responsive when we asked for reclean, sheets, etc. The common area has events like dancing & smores, keeping things lively. There’s many games and activities that can be checked out at the front desk which is entertaining. But the actual amenities felt 2-star unfortunately
