Just four blocks away lies the historic Ladd's Addition, known for its beautiful rose gardens and unique diagonal street layout. While our home is situated on a bustling street, walking one block north will bring you to a serene residential area.

Enjoy the vibrant local culture with nearby cafes, boutiques, and farmers' markets. The area is also well-served by public transit, making it easy to explore other parts of the city. Whether you're looking for a quiet stroll through tree-lined streets or an evening out at a trendy eatery, our neighborhood offers the perfect blend of urban excitement and residential tranquility.
Getting Around:
đ¶ Walking â This neighborhood sits between the Division and Hawthorne corridors, two of Portland's best streets for dining and shopping â both within easy walking distance.

Overall itâs very good and a short walk to everything happening on Clinton and Division streets. The pocket door to the bathroom had some damage (Iâm guessing from a previous guest) that made closing it tricky. There was also a missing light above the bed that looked like previous damage? The bed was a pullout and so the mattress left a lot to be desired. The mini split and washer / dryer were great though! I think with some fixes this would be a stellar spot to stay for a weekend in a charming part of SE Portland. But thankful that this spot was available for a last minute booking.
I was so excited to stay in this charming tiny home. I have never stayed in a tiny home before and was not sure what to expect. First impression I was immediately wowâd by the aesthetics of the home. Photos are accurate and straight out of Pinterest. Adorable! However, there were more âconsâ than anything. There is an apparent ant problem with visible ant traps in the corners and windowsills of the home. We saw several ants during our stay and made sure our luggage was off the floor. Wasps. We killed two wasps during our 1 night stay. Oh, and the washerâŠ.we were excited to finally wash our clothes after returning from Cannon Beach. The whole entire house vibrated during the entire wash cycle. It was very loud and shook the entire home. We wondered if the neighbors are questioning what is happening inside this little home?? We had to remove the glass and ceramic cups off the shelves in case they came tumbling down. The shower was great; hot water and decent water pressureâŠ.BUT it smelled like someone urinated in the shower and there were hair clippings on the shower wall from the previous guest. No microwave and we couldnât figure out how to use the electric stovetop. There were no instructions for the stove and we gave up after pushing several buttons and hearing constant beepingâŠ.so we ate cold leftovers. We stayed here for less than 24 hours, so it is what it is. Many improvements need to be made. I would not stay here again.
