The fan didn’t work in the room and no one came to fix it after telling them it needed fixed. It was super hot. Didn’t like the door to the adjoining room because the people next door were super loud. Just seemed old and dated and not very clean. Would not stay here again

The room was clean. However, we found items from past occupants under the bed; the top sheet was torn; and broken tiles in the bathroom gave it a rundown look. The staff was wonderful: friendly, helpful and always smiling.

Elevators not working well. My tub drain very very slow, effectively stopped. I think this is slso why a long hair was in the tub. Also, the exhorbitant resort fee should have been made clear in Expedia, how much and that it wasn't part of included fees and taxes. It is deceptive not to have it shown as the room rate, and it is too high.

Service was horrible dirty place when we request tissue paper for restroom we called them and they said they are out of tissue paper receptionist was to route to the end for check out this ceiling destroyed. A lot of water came and the floor they close the road and we walk around a lot with our kids to get back to the lobby for check out overall everything horrible and this time was last time for us to stay in that place.
