It’s states that there’s breakfast that comes with the reservation but it isn’t free. The staff members are really kind and accommodating. The rooms are clean and updated with new appliances. There’s free water and coffee in the lobby all day. The carpet could use some deep cleaning but other than that it was a wonderful stay!

There was cockroach in my daughter’s hot chocolate drink and also cockroaches in room. It really ruined our experience. The room was very basic and very worn out linen and towels. Not up to standard of a Mariott. The staff was apologetic but nothing was done about it. The manager verbally offered free breakfast second morning. But no body offered it when I went there. I ordered one coffee and paid for it.

We arrived 2 hours early, but customer service was accommodating. They let us park in garage and we enjoyed Old Town eateries. The hotel has a nice sitting area with fireplace or television area too. Hotel is clean, comfort and inviting. We loved our stay and will be back. Coffee and cookie in lobby was also a nice treat.

The room was clean and well stocked, Jack at the front desk was very kind and explained everything very well along with the women working aside him,. the staff were very friendly and greeted us and we entered and left. would stay here again. 10/10

The room felt outdated and dusty. There was a weird smell when you first entered the building, the rooms also smell musty. The beds are not comfortable, basic at best. I have stayed at other courtyards and these have been impeccable
