Wasn’t what I expected. The grass was taller than me , yard very messy. Parking was atrocious being me and my husband are 100 disabled. Neighbor could go through gate where we stayed but we couldn’t go through gate in back. I won’t ever do this again. Who gets paid to take trash to street. Not me. Needs a lot of improvement.

Perfect Location

Our family stayed for spring break. We found that the location was perfect to be able to get anywhere we needed to go quite conveniently. The house was perfect for what we needed and we were always able to find a parking spot.

It was really hard to find parking in the neighborhood, one night it took us over an hour to find a parking spot and we had to park literally 10 minutes away from the place , the ACs in the bedrooms were full of mold i had to clean them then turn them on, i have pictures to approve that , dust everywhere. Not a good first experience with Vrbo .

Not great but not bad

This was our first time renting a house on one of these sites. The house inside is clean and nice but the area it’s in is not so great. Wasn’t aware that there are 2 houses on the property. Parking is terrible . One night we had to park 3 blocks away. My husband wasn’t happy. I was worried out our truck that night. I should’ve checked reviews prior to booking and I don’t like that you have no idea what area you will be in until after you book . Also it was cold, especially in the back bedroom. the tiny floor heaters do not do any good. Bring warm pajamas in colder weather and extra blankets (there were a few throws) as the windows are old and air gets in from the window being partially open for a venting hose for a portable cooler. Living room had a wall system but we didn’t turn that one on so not sure how well it worked but we didn’t hang out in the living room much. Wasn’t a bad experience but not sure if we will do it again.

Booking process and communication was very easy! As others had mentioned before, parking is really tough, especially when having multiple people come in from different areas. Overall, very nice home. Thank you for your hospitality!

The fact the there is limited to no parking should be more visible prior to booking. Also a call or text back after leaving a message would have been nice. Listing also stated two bathrooms when in fact it’s only 1.5 bathrooms. TV in middle bedroom did not work.

Roomy and Comfortable

Very short overnight for a college graduation. The house is clean and updated. The neighborhood is a little sketchy for my personal preference, but was fine for one night. The parking worked out for us with a space available around the corner,but no driveway or parking spot for the house. The location is very convenient. We drove 10 minutes to the Cheesecake factory and mall. Each room has its own AC unit (1 wall unit, 2 standing floor to window units, separate unit for living room) If you’re used to higher end places, this is not the place for you.

Beautiful house

It’s a beautiful house in a great location in that it is close to restaurants and Lips, which is where we were going. I didn’t look at first, which is my fault, but there is only street parking, which can be challenging. That being said, we were able to get parking relatively easy.

The house was really nice inside, clean and modern and enough for 8 people to stay here and a good spot if you just need a place to stay and sleep with the family and explore san diego , the only issue we had was just parking and pretty difficult to find parking other then that nice house to stay in.
