This 3 Bedroom home has just been thoughtfully furnished and appointed to make your stay carefree. whether you are here for work, a family getaway or just escaping from the day-to-day. Private Sunny stand alone home with 3 Bedrooms, 1 Bath, private entrance, back patio, and one reserved parking space.

*LIVING AREA :The living area is spacious with Smart TV
(access to Hulu, Prime and Netflix, new furnishings and ceiling fan. The living room flows into the dining area
*DINING: The dining table will seat 6 comfortably.
*BEDROOMS:
Bedroom 1 has a king sized bed
Bedroom 2 has a queen sized bed
Bedroom 3 has a king sized bed
Each bedroom has a ceiling fan, new beds and linens.
*A Full Bathroom with tub/shower combo.
* KITCHEN: The bright and very well equipped kitchen
has granite countertops, gas stove, microwave, dishes,
glasses, wine glasses, pots and pans, Mr. Coffee Maker,
toaster, blender, etc. Even the kiddos have their own kid
dishes, cups and silverware, etc.
*WASHER/DRYER in hallway. A starter amount of
laundry detergent and fabric softener is supplied
*The house offers central heat.
*Please note there is NO AC.
*Board games for adults and kids are under TV.

Easy stroll to Adams Ave. which offers great restaurants, coffee shops, pubs, fun shops, grocery store, pharmacy. Just 15 minutes +/- to San Diego's great attractions Balboa Park, San Diego Zoo, Sea World, many beaches, downtown, Old Town and the airport, to mention a few spots

This is a smoke-free home - please be considerate and do not smoke inside or anywhere on the property.

Guests have access to the front house and back patio.
You will be provided a code for keyless entry.
There is parking in the driveway for one mid-size car. Park on the left side of the driveway ONLY - next to the house. If you have a large car/truck please park on the street. Please park additional cars on the street.
Other things to note:
*Your private area is the house itself (of course), your ONE designated parking space, and the BACK patio.
*Quiet hours are 9:00 pm - 8:00 am.

*The home in back house is rented as a short term rental - so please be considerate of your neighbors and respect their space which includes their parking area and the fenced back patio.
If you are interested in renting both homes, please let me know

Please note: In order for our housekeepers can spend Christmas and New Years with their families we are not accepting arrivals OR departures on December 25 or January 1. Thank you for understanding.

Very comfy house that’s in a good location near the beach, zoo, old town also a walking distance to restaurants and bar, the only think we needed was an extra bathroom since it only had one and there was 6 of us but we made it work overall it was a great house

Clean and well equipped!

We had a great time staying here! Location was close to many different activities, house was very kid friendly, only thing to mention would be to heed the warning about no AC, it got a little toasty for us, but then again we’re used to colder temperatures where we are from! Thanks again!!

Family Trip to San Diego

We had a wonderful time staying here. The house itself was perfect for our group of 5 (2 sets of adults and a toddler). The house had everything we needed for our son, and was perfect place to hang out for the adults. It was great to be within walking distance of the Normal Heights restaurants, bars, and coffee shops and it was an easy drive to all of the things we wanted to do (especially to Balboa Park and the San Diego Zoo).

Good place to stay

A great location that felt safe and had easy access to the highways and anywhere we wanted to go. The house was decorated well and had everything we needed (including extra towels!). But the housekeepers could do a better job (dirty tub/shower and some deep cleaning). It was wonderful having the 2 king beds and 1 queen bed for our family so our kids didn't even mind sharing a bed. The front bedroom window screens need replaced or fixed too. When we opened those windows we ended up with little bugs all over the room and had to vacuum them up. We never had any problems with that in the other rooms. Two of the lights in the bedrooms didn't work either but we think that was because the remotes for the light/fan combo were dead. I let the host know so hopefully that problem will be fixed soon. Overall it was a good experience and I would recommend this location and host.

This little house was perfect for our family of four. Each kid got their own bedroom and was very comfortable throughout our week long stay in San Diego. The house is centrally located and was about a 20 minute drive everywhere we wanted to go. Great Little neighborhoods all around as well. The host did a great job at making a house comfortable with all the little amenities one could need, highly recommended

Quick Visit

Stayed here with my family (2 adults + 2 adult kids) in June to tour SDSU. Parking space was a plus & location made it easy to walk to the many shops/restaurants nearby with a short drive to Vons down the street for groceries. Had easy access to freeways and getting to and from certain areas were very easy. Quiet neighborhood & home was equipped with everything needed. No AC but ceiling fans helped a lot with additional fans supplied throughout the house. Lots of room for everyone to have their own space. Took adjusting with all of us sharing 1 bathroom but we made it work. Lots of clean towels provided & the washer/dryer was so convenient! Even the welcome card was a cute touch and made us feel special. Thank you for the opportunity to stay here!

Super cute space!!

We absolutely loved this spot! It’s super cute and central. Quick walk to so many nice coffee shops, restaurant, bars and more. Our host was really responsive. Would definitely come back and recommend!

Great size

This house in Normal Heights was the perfect size for our family of 5. It had everything we needed and was in a good location. A few blocks from the house there are many restaurants and places for libations. It was about 15 minutes to the beaches and downtown area which is good so you’re not always surrounded by the tourist scene. The only downfall was that the air conditioner did not turn on. I’m aware that it is not always needed in San Diego, but the weekend we were there was a warm one. Overall, it is a great place and very accurate to the listing.

Very nice location with easy walking access to Normal Heights neighborhood shops, and convenient/easy drives to downtown, beaches, Balboa Park, and North Park, Hillcrest neighborhoods. Very comfy beds and nice/useable space overall. Will be back for our future visits to family in the neighborhood.

Visiting our Son Stationed at miramar

A beautiful well maintained very clean home with all the amenities you would want. Loved the big L shaped couch and cozy blankets for curling up and relaxing with a cup of coffee first thing in the morning. Enjoyed the private backyard with table chairs, two lounge chairs, and a gas grill. Was a great place to hang out and enjoy the outdoors. Also private parking along side of house was a plus. Great location and close to a lot of the local attractions. Recommend the Rabbit Hole restaurant just a few blocks away. Utilized Uber a couple times and they were great as well and not overly priced. Will definitely stay here again.
