Please note, the neighbor's daughter lives in the small structure in the back of the backyard. She enters and exits through a private staircase that goes directly to the neighbor's home.

The bedroom located next to the kitchen has some steps that lead down to the bedroom (approximately 4-6 steps).

Pool heating is available March-November only, and the pool heating fee is $100/day, plus tax and service fees. Please note that pool heating is NOT available during the months of December-February.
