Quit sacrificing on your search and instead build memories with your family and friends!
Our 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom beach house is located on one of the best courts in Mission Beach. The condo is just steps away from the ocean and offers all the conveniences that you will need to make your vacation stay a great one! There is a fully furnished kitchen with granite countertops and maple cabinets with a full length bar, that has seating for 4. There is also a farm style kitchen table with seating for 6. If you want to relax and watch TV, there is a 65 inch Samsung smart tv! Free On Demand and other premium channels. If you have Netflix or Amazon accounts, you can continue to watch your shows while on vacation. High speed WI-FI is also there in case you need to keep in touch with the office or google things to do in San Diego. We have ceiling fans throughout, comfortable leather couches, and outside seating with a gorgeous ocean view.

The ocean view deck has a gas BBQ and Bistro seating for 4. There is a 2 car garage with garage door opener, and a full size washer and dryer. In the garage there are boogie boards, beach umbrellas, LOTS of sand toys, and beach chairs for your use.

Sleeping accommodations are a King size bed in the master bedroom, a Queen bed in one room and a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin size bed on top. A hide-away mat is available making sleeping for up to 8 people comfortable. Come and stay in this light and bright newly remodeled beautiful beach condo.

Within walking distance are several restaurants, bars, grocery stores, and beach shops. The Gaslamp District, Old Town San Diego, and La Jolla are only a short drive away. If shopping is your thing, don't forget to visit all the shops on Garnet Avenue or take a drive to Fashion Valley.

If you need more space we also have a two bedroom unit downstairs, VRBO # 268822. Renting both units is perfect for large groups or family reunions that want to stay together but who also would like their privacy.

This is the perfect place for your vacation! You will love it!

This property was perfect for us (6 adults). It was was clean, spacious and had a 2 car garage that we got to use exclusively. It is steps to the boardwalk and near Belmont Park. Angela kept in contact and was available during our stay. We've been coming to Mission beach for at least 20 years, and I think this has been our favorite place to stay.

Great spot two houses from the beach

Perfect spot to bring my family! 3 kids - 4,8,10. Angela has lots of breath toys, boards, chairs and towels so we don’t have to bring anything bulky to enjoy our stay! The beach was a very short walk and lots to do walking distance. Angela was quickly to reply when I had a question. We had the perfect week on the beach!

Perfect family rental in Mission Bay

The rental was perfect for our family's to visit San Diego. It was clean and comfortable. It was steps from the beach. The unit was well equiped and nicely updated. The owner was very responsive to messages. We would love to stay there again the next time we visit San Diego.

Family trip

Perfect beach house for our family of 6 PLUS 2 grandparents. The 3 bedrooms allowed the 2 adult couples to have their own bedrooms and the 4 children were able to use the room with a twin over full bunk and a nice thick foam fold up mat. The location is just perfect to easily walk to the beach, Mission Bay/MB Park, Belmont Park, and a variety of very good (and varied) restaurants. We enjoyed all the beach toys and made use of the washer/dryer nearly every day. Would most definitely return here if we find ourselves in San Diego again.

Fabulous home

My family and I spent 4 days at this adorable house. The location is great- food, beach, entertainment are all within walking distance. The host was an excellent communicator which always makes a stay more pleasant. The house was well stocked and comfortable. We plan to book again.

Perfect location and home!

This house is in a very nice location, you can sit on the deck and look at the ocean :) We stayed for a 4 night visit and were very pleased with the house and amenities. The host was proactive and responsive. For a busy area we were pleased with how quiet the area was most of the time. We have stayed in Mission Beach multiple times and this location was the best. We enjoyed the close proximity to the boardwalk and beach. We took the owners Suggestions for many of the food choices and were not disappointed!

Great Property

We loved this house. It was enough space for a family of 5 with 3 kids. The location was awesome with it being just steps to the beach. It was stocked with everything we would need for cooking or to take to the beach with us. Angela was easy to communicate with and was fast to get back to me if I had questions. I will say it did get very hot in the 2 non mater bedrooms even with the windows open and fans on. More fans would be helpful. It did cool down but it was much later at night before it did. Also the WiFi was in and out but Overall great place to stay. We would stay again. Thank you so much

Amazing location, amazing rental

From the beginning, communication with the owner was excellent. The location is awesome: just steps to the beach. The apartment has everything needed for a stay; beach towels, chairs, boogie boards, and beach toys are also provided. This is a great place especially when you have smaller children. Our grandkids LOVED LOVED LOVED their Labor Day vacation.
