This is the 2nd time we've stayed at a Westin in San Diego. The hotel staff was amazing, our rooms were so comfy and clean & the location was close to everything! Loved everything!!!

For the most part everything was good, beautiful space and nice staff. But our room had a big section of wet carpet outside the bathroom that never dried over the two days and one night we stayed (was already wet when we got here). There was also something that looked like mold in the shower? The location is good though.

It's a nice location for public transportation. They didn't vacuum the room so the floor was disgusting. The sink did not drain and there was no water pressure. They attempted to include a hidden 25$ destination fee. I called a head of time to see if they have a mattress for a toddler and they said yes. I was worried he would roll off the bed. I asked when I was there and they said they didn't. They were going to bring a crib mattress but never showed up. Its not too bad of a place but I won't be staying here again.

We had a nice stay for my husband's birthday. There was some noise from construction above our room, but it was quickly corrected. Shuttle was convenient and the driver Pete was really nice; also bike rentals were great! Location was great and easy to get around, I would definitely stay here again!

Great location - you can pretty much walk anywhere from here Staff for the most part are nice and friendly though they don’t have a lot of local information to hand .. didn’t know where the baseball stadium was, didn’t know where the nearest 7/11 was etc .. rooms are big and comfortable .. have a happy hour weekdays which is good as drinks are the usual high prices in a hotel .. but overall good place to stay

Check in was at 3 pm, we arrived at 4:25 and was told our room was not ready and wouldn’t be ready for at least 30 minutes. The girl and the front desk didn’t seem to be concerned or apologetic for the delay. Was told I’d get a phone call, never did get that phone call so my husband went to the desk again to ask about when the room would be ready and the girl said “oh I was just about to email you”. Overall not a great experience with customer service and late check in. Room was not bad.

I was extremely disappointed with the service. I booked a bay view room and when my wife and I arrived, they said the they only have a city view. So, I refused to take the city view and they had me wait for an hour before getting me a bay view room. I drove 4 hours to get there and wanted to rest up right away but had to wait. So, we get to the room and looked like the room was a part of a suite, smaller than what I imagined. but whatever.. That night and the next the neighbor next door was up late constantly on the phone and you can hear everything. These rooms are not insulated enough. I've been to many hotels and this is far the worst. To top it off, the hotel personal never even apologized for making us wait, they acted as if it was a privilege to stay at their hotel.
