Casa Sagrado is a brand new property centrally located in Santurce. It is an older Colonial-Spanish home which was completely remodeled and updated into several units-4 two-bedrooms, 2 one-bedrooms and 2 studios; so if you have a large group you could rent several units and all stay in one location. Original Spanish Tiles were preserved wherever possible, and the property has grand archways and high ceilings that date back to when the house was originally built.

This place is in a very safe location and is a perfect central location for those wanting to explore Old San Juan and the surrounding areas. Not that far from the airport, grocery stores, or sightseeing. Very nice architecture and the patio is cute. I would not hesitate to stay here again.

Very clean and beautiful unit. It was perfect for what we needed. We were there for a quick 3 days to meet with realtors. The only downside was that it is in a pretty noisy location. Also, the host was very slow to respond. I had messaged once to ask about my wife not being able to go with us, her being the account holder for the VRBO account. He took over 24 hours to respond. One other message to him to ask if we could check out 2 hours later than the 10am checkout time. Our flight was not until 9pm. It took him 10 hours to respond to me. By that time we had made other arrangements.

The space was cozy, clean, and well maintained. Great location, was close to all the main spots of interest, making it incredibly easy to explore, quick access to public transportation. Despite being in such a central spot, the apartment was quiet at night, which made it easy to rest after long days out. Casa Sagrado was perfect!

Good location but filled with unwelcome surprises

We were looking forward to our stay here. We were excited about doing laundry that the site lists as an amenities. A few days before we arrived we received this from the owner:We want to inform you that we offer a premium package for an additional 55 that includes a range of amenities to enhance your stay with us. These amenities are designed to give you more convenience and comfort during your stay.One of the features of our premium package is access to our laundry and dryer facilities. Please note that our cleaning staff use these facilities from 11:00 AM to 3:00 PM, but they are available for guests to use after 4:00 PM. We provide all necessary supplies, so you won't have to worry about bringing or purchasing them.In addition to laundry facilities, our premium package also includes unlimited essential supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, shampoo, and conditioner. These items are provided to ensure that you have everything you need during your stay, without having to worry about running out of supplies.Finally, our premium package includes beach essentials such as beach chairs. Our first night we moved the couch to make it into a bed only to find old used napkins, dust bunnies and dirt. (We took pictures but VRBO won't allow us to post them.) We contacted the owner but only got an automated reply asking for feedback. Apparently messages aren't read. This being said, the location is great. Close to beaches & bus stop to take you to Old San Juan.

AMAZING STAY

This was my spring break trip and I couldn’t ask for a better vacation! Staying here was amazing because it’s close to the beach and nightlife so ubers were cheap. 5/5 If you’re going to PR don’t hesitate to stay here.

Spring Time In Puerto Rico

Our stay was exceptional. Host was very responsive. Location was close to airport and San Juan. Pricing was fair and the property was clean and updated. This was our first time in PR, but I'm sure it won't be our last. Hopefully, if we come again, this location will be available.

Sagrado Corazón

We rented this apartment for 8 days 2/5 thru 2/13.. The apartment was very clean and suited our needs very well. We felt safe and secure, even walked the neighborhood each day. The refrigerator was cold and clean, perfect for storing leftovers and morning coffee/tea supplies. The microwave was clean and worked well. Enjoyed sitting on the upper balcony drinking coffee and reading.. The laundry room was well stocked, washers and dryers are new industrial size and efficient.. The maid was so helpful eager to figure out our needs.. Giancarlo responded quickly with all our inquiries.. We had many errands to run yet we were never stressed.. The hospitality of the building, staff, the island itself, makes me happy to stay for extended periods.. We will be back

Nice location, economical and very modern

The property is very clean and updated and the pricing was very fair. Maybe a little noise because of the nearby college students but they do mention it in their description. At first, I thought parking would be a hassle but I always had a spot available anytime of the day after visiting family throughout the entire island. Will definitely recommend and most likely will stay in the near future.

This place is very well kept and very clean! It is situated close to everything. The Host was very attentive and responsive which was a plus for us! All in all I would recommend this place. Note: if you are one that prefers to sleep in, or does not like the sound of chatter in the morning this may not be for you as the walls are thin and you can hear conversations between staff very early. Otherwise a good stay!

First off the house is very clean! Everything is neat and organized within the living space. Outside common areas were cleaned each day. No issues there at all. The detailed description of the property was mostly accurate in terms of location and nearby attractions. The only issue we had which was persistent throughout our stay was the description of Wi-Fi connection. It was not good. If you were a person needing to work while you are staying on the grounds, you may have a real problem being able to stream or even FaceTime calls, could not happen while in your dwelling. We had to go off property to make calls home or even to look up sites and make reservations and arrangements for our daily plans while on the island. Additionally, there is construction, specifically jackhammering going on at the site directly next to where our apartment was located. Sleeping in, should we have wanted too, or an afternoon nap….not possible. There was no mention of that at any point in communication and that may have been nice to know so if we had a small baby with us or a child…that could have been worked around or adjusted in location of apartment. I would highly recommend this location to anyone asking! We enjoyed it and felt comfortable and safe!
