The front staff was friendly. The quality of the room wasn’t great. Our shower and bath tap didn’t work properly. AC was very loud. Big gap under the front door.

I guess for the price it was fair, room was fair. Only problem it took 3 times to complain we had no hot water, then the shower pull was broken leaving us to have a somewhat bath. Also 3 times to office to get proper wifi pass. It was on the card but not labeled properly or explained. Glad I had a good sleep. Won’t be back.

Hotel is very old and needs more than the superficial upgrades they are attempting to do. Our room looked like had been recently painted, but not professionally. The room not the cleanest, towels were paper thin, no clothes hangers, no bath mat and the TV was very small. The free breakfast had very little options unless you like pancakes and egg sandwiches. Front desk staff were friendly, but some had issues performing their tasks. We had someone try to get into our room as they were also assigned to our room. I had checked out with the front desk and then received a phone call an hour later asking if I had checked out.

Horribly terrible

I am not sure where they got the pictures for the website, but it’s definitely not theirs. There was people loitering outside drugs were being distributed on the outside metal fence. I got to the room it smelt the air conditioning was a model that was hanging out the window, but it was barly hanging on, mold in the bathroom, mold on the tiles I the bathroom, holes that were patched that you could see and they had disposable towels. unbelievable, where you just use them and then throw them out. I have no idea how you would even unravel them because it looked like a hockey puck. Did I mention the smell? It was awful the pictures that they have up in the midtown premium is not what I saw just terrible. I could not stay there, but they still charged me unbelievable and this is premium unbelievable

You can tell the hotel is making an effort to renovate and improve. The room was comfortable and clean, which I appreciated. A couple of things could be better—mainly the towels, which were expandable ones rather than standard towels, and the front door, which let in quite a bit of light from underneath. That said, for the price and overall experience, it was worth it. If I need a budget-friendly place for a night or two, I’d stay again. The biggest surprise was definitely the expandable towel!

We picked this motel randomly while driving and it turned out to be a good decision. The rooms were fresh, clean, and had a relaxing feel. Me and my friends were able to sleep well without disturbances. We loved how fast check-in was and how friendly the front desk staff was. The room had everything we needed for a short, pleasant stay. Overall, a smooth and satisfying experience.
