This bright corner unit offers plenty of natural light through the large living room windows. Enjoy access to the wrap around balcony equipped with a BBQ. In the living room you'll find a 65” TV with surround sound with enough seating for your family and/or friends. In the kitchen, you will find all the essentials for cooking and enjoying a meal. The kitchen is fully equipped including coffee maker (including Keurig) and complimentary coffee pods. The dining table seats four comfortably, with additional bar height stools at the kitchen island. In the primary bedroom, you will find a king size bed with a 43” flat screen TV. In the second bedroom you will find a queen size bed with a fully functioning standing/sitting work station (usb-c adapter).

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks, and take out the trash
Turn off the lights, lock the doors, and return the keys
If you are leaving before 7 am you will need to use the FOB to get your car out of the garage and onto the street.
When leaving hang both FOBs on the key rack and lock the condo door using the keypad. You don't need a FOB to exit the building on the ground floor.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
