Magnificent villa with breathtaking views!

The villa hosts 7 bedrooms (three master bedrooms and one with fireplace!), 6 full bathrooms (4 with heated floors!) and a powder room. A huge chefs dream kitchen, large dining room, formal living room with fireplace, family room with fireplace, pool table, ping pong table, foosball, work out area, indoor heated pool, heart shaped lake for swimming/fishing, two large deck areas for relaxing/entertaining, fire-pit and plenty of trails to explore! Sorry, no weddings, big parties or wedding receptions.

For those who love horses, we have many on site! We no longer provide riding lessons as the horses on site are professional show jumpers. However guests are more than welcome to come visit and pet the horses with an appointment only. We do have a pony suitable for younger children, this is provided at an additional cost.

We have an in house massage therapist! Please book prior to your arrival as she is a very busy lady!
Villa is nestled privately on a quiet road away from the hustle and bustle! Magnificent views!
We have a babysitter available upon request. 
Wifi is capped at 2G a day. Fee of $2 per G for overage. Not unlimited wifi.
This reservation has a Flexible cancellation policy - refunds will be issued up to 30 days prior to the check in date.
A 100% refund is provided for travelers cancelling at least 30 days before check-in. A 50% refund is provided for travelers cancelling from 14 to 29 days before check-in. No refunds are provided for travelers cancelling less than 14 days prior to check-in. VRBO Booking Fees are refundable if you cancel within 48 hours of placing your booking request.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, pets permitted.
The villa is a completely non smoking house. No food or drink allowed in the pool area.

*** Furniture may change from what you see in the pictures. Depending on the season and condition of furniture we do our best to assure everything is near perfect for your stay. However things do break and our job is to replace things as quickly as possible. Some furniture has been moved around or replaced from what you see in the pictures. ***
*** The bed frames have all been changed in 2021, as well as the main living room sofas, the big dining room has new tables, the small dining room has a new table and a new poker table in the basement***

*** This is still a house located in the country! Which means we are surrounded by forests, lakes, trees and mountains. If you do not like the country side, this may not be the house for you. There is wildlife and bugs, as well as puddles and mud in wet weather. In the warmer months there are the occasional ladybugs and flies etc.. again this is a farm***

***This is a chalet rental, there are no concierge services included. We have fireplaces and firepits, the wood is included but we do not prepare it***

Bel endroit mais défraßchi

Matelas avec cerne, portes patios et moustiquaires difficile a ouvrir et certains moustiquaires Ă  remplacer car non fonctionnel. Piscine chauffe-eau non connectĂ©, et vitres Thermos vraiment abĂźmĂ© Par ailleurs, belle maison , grande et aĂ©rĂ©e, beaucoup d’espaces pour s’amuser belle salle Ă  manger et cuisine parfaite HĂŽte vraiment gentille et avenante

Beautiful home!

We loved the home and the location. The pool overlooking the beach was amazing. The house was a great space for our group. Two challenges for us were a lack of responsiveness from the rental company - I understand we were there on a weekend but it would have been great to receive responses. We also felt the “starter” items like trash bags and toilet paper were very light given the number of people in the home.

Girls trip Folly Beach

The location was convenient and easy to get to (and easy into Charleston). You can’t beat the view from the pool!! This was a sisters trip. Everyone had their own bedroom which was great! We had one thing that we needed to contact the property manager on and they were extremely responsive, friendly and attentive. I recommend this property!

Excellent Location

We really enjoyed our stay. The house is on a quieter part of the beach so it’s peaceful and quiet. The house is very close to the little town and less than 30 mins from Charleston so it’s very easy to get to restaurants, cafes and stores. The house was spacious and comfortable with a great deck overlooking the beach. We didn’t use the pool as the ocean was amazing but it is a lovely pool. We would love to return.

Great Escape

My husband and I gathered friends and family to celebrate a milestone birthday and watch the eclipse. Loved that the property gave us all room to spread out to find privacy or to gather in small or large groups to suit everybody’s needs on the introvert-extrovert scale. Kitchen was well furnished to make dinner every night for 13 people. Loved the pool and the outdoor living spaces. We used the fire pit at night and gazed up at the stars. Natasha was very communicative ahead of our arrival. Couldn’t have asked for a better space for our needs in a beautiful and secluded location.

Perfect

Very clean house, very comfortable beds, and of course, beautiful view. Sounds silly, but my favorite item at the property is the tide clock. I have never seen this before. We thoroughly enjoyed our visit. Only one problem, it wasn't long enough. LOL. My family and I thank you very much for sharing your house.

Best Time!

This house was perfect for our family. The neighborhood was quiet. The house is on the ocean with a beautiful view whether on the beach or in the pool. The house was clean and kitchen had plenty of dishes and cooking utensils. We thoroughly enjoyed our time!

Wonderful Stay

We rented this home for the Holiday weekend, and it could not have worked out any better. Really enjoyed the pool area and the crow's nest in the morning watching all the surfers. I highly recommend. It's a perfect distance from the town.

FAMILY VACATION August 2023

We stayed here with our 3 adult children. The home was beautiful and spacious and we appreciated the extra bathrooms. The weather temperature was very hot while we were here and the pool was perfect to cool off in. There is a curfew for the pool at 10pm. We loved the location as it was a quieter section of Folly Beach. Every morning there was surfing lessons in front of the home which was fun to watch. Just one morning it was a bit too crowded and we had a hard time going into the ocean afraid to be hit by a surf board. You can walk about 1 mile down to see a lighthouse where we were able to see dolphins swimming. We did run out of the little dish soap they provided. The coffee pot was in poor condition but I let the owner know and they ordered one to replace it no questions asked. There was a Keurig but that wasn't noted in the description so we didn't bring k-cups. We appreciated the beach chairs and umbrellas. Also there was ping pong table and a large connect 4 game. And there are board games available in the home too. We would definitely recommend this home and will rent again!

Wonderful family reunion

The house was perfect for our family reunion and we all had a spectacular time...lots of room to have privacy and also terrific spaces to be together. Everyone especially loved the pool and well-equipped game room. Natasha was kind enough to provide cribs, highchairs, toys and even a stair-gate to protect our very young grandchildren who especially loved the swing set. The setting is simply gorgeous and location perfect for nearby hiking and exploring the area. As described in other's postings, some aspect of the house were a bit warn and in need of upkeep. However, we would definitely like to plan to return
