Locked doors: Any locked doors in the house are for storage and are not accessible to guests.

Noise note: Please be mindful when booking with young children, as guests in the basement apartment may hear activity from upstairs.

This is STRICTLY enforced. Sound and music travel through the floors.
You will be asked to leave

Scent Sensitivity: We use a professional scent diffuser with essential oils during cleaning only and mild-scented laundry detergent. We can refrain from using these upon request, but cannot guarantee the home will be entirely scent-free. If you have a severe sensitivity, this may not be the ideal property for you.

Please do not go on the side of the house or the backyard. There may be guests in the separate basement rental.

Jacuzzi tub is sanitized and ran with jacuzzi jet cleaner before each check in

Please do not wear shoes in the house. We provide slippers by the front door

Lawn service comes once a week and never sure of what time.

No extra large dogs allowed. If your dog barks or chews, they may not be left at home alone. You will be charged if your dog causes damage. Extra charges apply after 2 guests. Please make sure you are putting the correct amount of guests and pets.
