Everything was ready upon arrival including our delivered suitcase from Kyoto. We didn’t even have to ask for them. The spa was so good and relaxing, an amazing way to end the trip.

Groceries are nearby. The other reason I have booked this is for Japan anime 2025. Otherwise I will booked a bigger room so tiny I can’t even turn around. We have three luggages no where to put the third one and the fridge is a half fridge only can put two small drinks. The price is not cheap.

Front staff excellent and very helpful. Room very tiny and no space to put clothes. Had to leave everything in suitcase. Very clean and room towels changed daily and washroom cleaned. No other room cleaning

The hotel was nice but when you turned on the heat or air it whistled so loud… so in the middle of the night it would wake you. So I just turned off all heat/air. Other wise was a nice place staff was friendly
