• The suite is up a flight of 16 steps.

• There is one designated spot is available behind the building. Additional cars are not permitted.

(All guests must register their vehicle details with us before or upon check-in. Unregistered vehicles or those parked in the wrong spot risk being towed.)

Most of these bus routes connect to stations on the Bloor-Danforth subway line. Drivers will find the area very accessible with Lake Shore Boulevard, the Gardiner Expressway, and the Don Valley Parkway only a few minutes away.

• The restaurant downstairs (Eastside Social) will be hosting a private wedding event on September 12, 2026. You may hear some music and guest activity during the evening, and the event may run later than usual—possibly until around 1:00 AM or beyond (their typical closing time is 9–10 PM). We appreciate your understanding!



• The unit is located on the second floor and is accessible by a staircase. There are approximately 15 steps leading up to the unit.



• Noise Awareness

Please note that some noise from passing streetcars, general street activity, or neighboring units may occasionally be heard from the property. As this is a residential building in a vibrant city area, sounds such as footsteps or movement from nearby condos are normal. We appreciate your understanding and want you to feel informed and prepared during your stay.



• Strictly smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property and risk of a fine.



We're happy to deliver:

House Rules:

1. Parties, events and smoking/vaping are prohibited in or around our property.

2. Please check-out on time. Late departures will result in a charge for each additional hour the property cannot be accessed for turnover.

3. Outside of service animals, pets are not permitted at this property.

4. For safety reasons, firearms, weapons, and ammunition are strictly not allowed on the premises.

If any of these house rules are broken, you and your group may be subject to additional charges or be requested to vacate the property immediately without refund.
