I truly had a bad experience with this hotel. First of all, I am surprised that Expedia presents this hotel as one of the top hotels, because it is absolutely not like that. The reception staff’s behavior was completely bad and rude. They even charged me for a small bottle of water, while everywhere in the world water is complimentary in the room. They did not have a dining room or a restaurant for lunch. They were also late in bringing basic toiletries like a toothbrush, which took one hour. I absolutely do not recommend this hotel.

Room was great. Need to improve the communication tho. Was waiting for 2 hours and the room wasn’t ready. Moreover more water should be provided, only 2 bottles for 3 days that was very disappointing. When asked for more had to purchase it. First time ever had to do that in toronto hotel.

Great hotel, the buffet was a nice addition to the stay, it’s centrally located. A cons is that they don’t have parking so you have to book a spot at garages close by. Any maintenance issues were handled right away though, the rooms are a little tight but that’s to be expected in downtown Toronto. We would definitely recommend friends and family to stay here

Room was nice and clean, nice big bathroom. Lack of kettle and tea bags in the room was disappointing. Most staff we encountered were friendly. Breakfast had a good variety. Personally I think people should dress for breakfast and not be allowed to wear pajamas. The young bell hope that was there when we checked in and out was very nice.
