Very noisy (no soundproofing for street noise or hallway noise), air conditioner too loud to have on, when turned off the fan noise is still quite loud and annoying. No fan in bathroom, no mirror in room other than bathroom mirror which has very poor lighting for applying makeup, fridge is not cold at all, no complementary bottled water or coffee maker, down elevator button broken, asked for more washcloths and were left a few hand towels instead, shower products very fragranced and irritating, pillows very uncomfortable. Room wasn’t dirty, but definitely not the hotel experience we are used to. Overall a very utilitarian hotel, and not up to our standards.

Nice room, small & basic. View of a brick wall from the window wasn’t great. See through panel on bathroom door inconvenient. Good walkable location from Union station. Comfortable beds, did the job.

This hotel was central to everything we needed to do while staying in Toronto. There are plenty of dining options nearby, and it was a 15 minute walk to the Scotiabank Arena. The hotel was quiet, staff were friendly, and it had everything we needed to spend the night. We will definitely be back!

This hotel is extremely convenient for those utilizing Union Station. It is also in walking distance to CN Tower and Roger’s Stadium. The room is small but clean.
