Excellent staff - exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Very good choice for those travelling with pets as the motel has numerous grassy areas. The bed was very comfortable and smelled of fresh laundry - loved the pillows as well! My only complaint would be the carpets. They’re in desperate need of a clean.

Room was clean, sink and taps were washed and shined up on each of the 3 days, trash and recycling cleared out. Staff was attentive to our needs, accommodated us on the upper floor to avoid pet allergy flare up, and front desk sent a staff member to show us how to use the (2) remotes to select the tv mode.

The Accent Inns in Burnaby is our go-to hotel when we come to Burnaby. It is clean, comfortable and in a quiet neighborhood. The staff are AMAZING and are always attentive to any needs we might have. I give them a 10 out of 10 and highly recommend them!

Our first room wasn’t very clean and the toilet leaked. It was on the second floor and very noisy with traffic and loads of kids screaming and running by the doors. We got moved up to the 3rd floor. This motel is dated and in need of renovations. Very popular with sports teams. I would not stay again.
